Great value for the price. The apartment is located in a superb location. It is near a quite busy intersection so do not expect peaceful environment ;) The apartment is quite spacious and comfortable. The host were absolutely welcoming and cooperating. Very quick response to our needs. We had few minor technical issues but those were instantly resolved. Great job!

The team at the AirBNB was very helpful and easy to communicate with. There were clear instructions for your stay. It was nice having free water and light chips and nuts available. The patient I ate pool was nice to have to take a quick dip into. Overall would recommend the stay at this place.

Very good location as you are only a Grab ride away from everything. It was nice to wake up to the sounds of birds but to also be centrally located in such a big city. The space has a very cool vibe and a great layout. Highly recommend.

Tommy was awesome. Always responded fast when we had questions. Was very helpful. Location is awesome. It is down an alley that is very slow and calm. At the street end of the alley is some delicious food. Close to convenient stores. Would literally book this place again right now.

Great place and it is easy to travel to District 1 via ride hailing services. 24 hr convenience store is a min walk away and accessible

we stayed here for about a week. the host & helpers were extremely friendly and helpful. they even got us highchair so my 1 yr old can sit and eat with us when we're are home. the place is nice and clean...amazing views and has all amenities as described. This is a great location, safe with 24 hr guards and restaurants and mini marts walking distance. I would definitely return here!

I had a great stay at this listing with a group friends. Penelope has been extremely proactive, responsive, caring and sharing insightful information with regard to the comfort and any other inquiries we have of our stay. The listing is conveniently located in the heart of district 1 and is within walking distance to the famous Ben Tanh Market and the Bui Vien Walking Street for night life. Saigon city centre is within 15-20 minutes of walking too. Food options were vastly available around the listing ranging from local Vietnamese to western. Amenities such as convenience stalls and massage spas are within comfortable walking distances as well. Definitely recommended if you’re in for a comfortable stay and culture experience in the heart of district 1 in Saigon city.

Annie's place was great! The bathroom and room were very clean and it was handy having the desk, fridge and kettle inside. Was so nice having a bathroom without mould. It had everything I needed! The location was also really great and made getting to places super easy!!! Right across from Ben Thanh market. The apartment was at the back so it was also quiet. Would stay again!

Great place where you can walk to various sites in Saigon and to downtown. Clean and spacious apartment and I got very good service from Ben.

I highly recommend The Marq for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Ho Chi Minh City. I’ll definitely return on my next visit!

I had a great stay. The unit was clean, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as described. The supermarket connected to the building through the ground floor is very convenient. Communication with Mrs Chi was excellent- she responded so quickly all the time. Great family stay.
