Sunshine Cottage (close to downtown Clayton, GA)

Visit North Georgia & the foothills of the Blueridge Mountains. Sunshine Cottage is like visiting your grandma's house. Plenty of books, games and a little of the past in this over 100-year-old home! Just a 14-minute walk, or 3-minute drive to downtown Clayton. Spend an evening on the screened in porch, play cards in the game room while listening to some music or enjoy breakfast with family in the kitchen. SO much to do in the area such as hiking, kayaking or shopping, or visit a winery.

Creekside Cottage with Mountain Views

Welcome to our cottage! This newly remodeled space offers the most serene mountain views of the valley and is on a private creek. Easily accessed by fully paved roads & close to many amenities, restaurants, hiking & shopping. We are dog & child friendly. We also offer an onsite car service available for wine, distillery or hiking tours (additional fee) Sip your coffee on the deck overlooking the creek or enjoy your wine by the outdoor fireplace- you don’t want to miss this gem of a property!

Secluded Waterfall Cabin.

Romantic, rustic cabin at the base of a 35-foot waterfall, nestled in the middle of 16 secluded acres surrounded by national forest that extends to the Chattooga River. This magical get-away caters to those with an adventurous spirit. Hike from the cabin to additional waterfalls, bike down Turkey Ridge Road to Opossum Creek Trail and the Five Falls or drive two miles to the Chattooga Belle Farm. The Waterfall Cabin is a joy to us all, and we hope you love it as much as we do. No cleaning fee.

Highlands Mountaintop Escape

A mountaintop escape near Highlands, NC with spectacular views from 4000’ right off the back covered deck. Our cozy cottage has 2 bedrooms, newly remodeled bathroom and kitchen, hardwoods, outdoor patio with fire table and grill. No better place to relax, escape and enjoy the mountains and view. Plenty to do - local hikes, fishing, and a mountain coaster and tubing year round at Highlands Outpost just a few minutes down the road. Highlands is only 10 miles away for a mountain city adventure.

Betty's Creek Loft in Rabun Gap.

The loft offers privacy, pretty views and lots of yard to roam, yet it is still close to great hiking, waterfalls and parks, incredible restaurants and lots of shopping. You’ll love our place because of the high ceilings, the views, the location, and the wide open space. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (with fee). We do have two dogs that roam the property. Ralphy is a dachshund and tank is an energetic black lab.

The Extra House

We have a comfortable Extra House we call it. Extra cozy extra cute Extra House. The house is right on the Tallulah River in Towns County. There is fishing/swimming hole about 100 ' up river and a waterfall up a trail behind the Big House about a 30 minute hike up and back. Longer if you jump in the falls. Trout fishing out the door and 6 miles of fishing along the main road. We have a 250' zipline into a swiming pond or get off before the water. Lots of hiking trails and waterfalls.

You can check out the waterfalls at Glen Falls, head up to Sunset Rock, or choose from over a dozen other trail options. If hiking isn’t your thing, this cabin is five minutes from Sky Valley Golf Course, Highland Outpost Adventure Park, and numerous fishing spots. Centrally located twenty minutes from Highlands NC, Franklin NC, and Clayton GA.

NO CHILDREN UNDER 12 no pets, pet fee will be applied for service dogs and only upon review. 25 mins to Highlands!
