Delight in the charm and burgeoning ambiance of West Village Detroit. This snug apartment is mere steps from gems like Sister Pie, Craft Work, and Red Hook Coffee. Retaining its historic allure with intact wood floors and antique charm, the space exudes subtle sophistication, curated with care. The original murphy bed gracefully unfolds in the living room, while a custom-made kitchen bar top offers additional accommodations for guests, ensuring a uniquely adaptable and inviting atmosphere.

We have a large yard with a patio near the carriage house, covered porch, grill, bbq pit, bocce court, and outdoor living room (summer). We have a dog that has yard access. It is a warm, modern, rustic home with a view you will never forget. Our home is walking distance to three of the most established wineries along Lake Erie (Viewpoint Estate Winery, North 42 Degrees and CREW). This space has everything you need to unwind, cook, disconnect, relax, enjoy wildlife and take care of yourself.
