Originally built in 1930, we have recently remodeled the space. The Cottage is a close walk from downtown, CWU and the rodeo grounds. We offer a full kitchen, double-headed shower and wonderful outdoor spaces complete with BBQ and outdoor lighting. The Cottage offers an abundance of natural light and custom touches to enjoy.

A 1930’s home has been updated and feels open, clean, and welcoming. Bring your dogs to run free in the fenced pastures, relax on the comfy couch, & enjoy meals on the weather-protected porch. The driveway is a pull through so trailers are welcome. We have one security camera recording the driveway.

Come try out the country life in our cozy suite or use it as a centrally located home base for unlimited adventures across the state! This accessible 600-square-foot apartment is attached to our home but features a private entrance, self-check-in via keypad, a small, covered patio, and ample parking. Trailer parking available upon request.
