This home can accommodates 4 guests and is in a great location to begin your adventure. This townhouse has easy access to the freeway or downtown area within minutes. We have furnished the home with comfortable furnishings that blend nicely with the architecture and encourage relaxation. Everything that you might need for a pleasant stay has been provided. This unit is a two story with the main floor consisting of the living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry facilities and guest half bath. The upper level has two large bedrooms and a full bathroom. The living room is furnished with a reclining couch, accent chair for encouraged relaxation and a desk and office chair for business or social media needs. You can also watch movies on a 55” smart TV with blue ray player, Netflix or stream your favorite movies via our free Wi-Fi, now it’s time to relax and enjoy. The dining room is open to the kitchen area. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices/herbs, cookware and dinnerware everything you may need is provided. Just grab your groceries and you’re set to prepare your favorite home cooked meals. There is a laundry facility in the unit and we supply basic laundering supplies. The upper level has the two queen size bedrooms equipped with nice bedding and linens, two nightstands with lamps, a dresser and large closets. The bathroom is commonly shared and our bathrooms have a full supply of fine bath linens, body soap, shampoo, condition, and liquid hand soap/lotion, hand held shower heads and hair dryers for the convenience of our guests. Close to shopping, restaurants and all of the attractions that the Yakima Valley has to offer. Nice private patio.

Gorge concert house, fish, hot tub, golf & pool

Hot tub, smoker, grill, deck misters, 2 bikes, boat & trailer parking, ac. We have one of the largest green yards - it is perfect as our kids run all day. Our house is in a nice area with a view of the river- 1 mile. Kids can ride their bikes to park. We live in Seattle so this is the kind of childhood we want to offer. Great deck where you should be spending most of your time. Our home has an updated, open, clean vibe. 30 min to the gorge w shuttle service in da. Pool, pickleball court, golf

Hill House at Sugarloaf Vineyard

Sugarloaf Vineyards Hill House is a beautiful home located on a Hilltop above our vineyards. The home, designed for entertaining both indoors and outdoors boasts magnificent 360 views from the property with the Yakima Valley and Cascade mountains front and center. The property abuts the Rattlesnake Hills. immediately behind the home. There are several world class wineries and may outdoor activities within minutes of the home. Guests are welcome to hike, bike and walk the farm property.

Riverview Retreat - community pool opens 5/9!

Have fun with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Game Room, office space, board games, private hot tub, full kitchen and open living spaces. RV plug in and parking available in front of the garage. Panoramic river views of the Columbia and foothills. Great hikes and sight seeing in the area, near state parks, fishing, hunting, rock climbing. Short drive to the Gorge concert venue. Community outdoor kitchen, hot tub and outdoor pool are open seasonally mid May - mid September
