Beautiful Condo in SR Village

Cozy, updated condo located steps from the Sunriver Village. Walk out the front door and you'll find fresh coffee, pastries, beer, groceries, ice skating or mini golf (depending on the season), and everything else the village has to offer! The walking/bike trail is behind the home, which leads you all around Sunriver, including to lodge, Nature Center, Fort Rock Park, Stables, Marina, or SHARC (a pool/hot tub), which is also only a 2 minute drive. As of June 2025 we also have new AC and heat!

Wifi and Netflix logins are provided to all guests. The hot tub is open year round. The pool typically opens on Memorial Day weekend snd typically closes sometime in September.

This newly remodeled condo is fully furnished with a gas fireplace, granite counter tops, jetted tub, three flat screen TV's, surround sound and gas barbecue on private deck. Heating and cooling is provided through a ductless heat pump system. The beds are super comfortable! The kitchen is fully equipped and comes complete with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and stove top oven. It has everything you need for a relaxed get away with private forested view. Super clean and comfortable.

Cozy Studio Cottage on the River!

The studio condo is a charming accommodation nestled along the banks of the Deschutes River. Up to four guests can vacation here and sleep on a queen sized bed, as well as a pullout couch. This cottage has a kitchen, full bathroom, and a large closet for those wishing to stay a little longer! A desk is nestled up to the window, providing the perfect backdrop while you to get a little work done or even just enjoy a meal! A pet fee is required for those bringing their four-legged friends.

Adorable Studio at Seventh Mountain Resort

What an incredible getaway with all of the amenities of Seventh Mountain Resort and just 12 miles to Mt. Bachelor. Very welcoming, bright and comfortable. Queen size bed, love seat and a patio with a nice view. Enjoy all resort amenities which include mini-golf, gym, disc-golf, two pools, three spas, the Outfitter Bar and more. Access to hiking and biking trails. Seasonal rafting trips. 24-hour guest check-in at the main lodge.

Private cozy condo at Seventh Mountain Resort

Queen murphey bed with comfortable mattress is the main bed option in living room. Other bed is a bunk bed with full size on bottom and twin size on top. It is in a tiny room with no windows. Awkward and weird but I wanted to maximize bed options for my family and guests, door closes to the little room. Heads up, design of bunk is short but great for couples or kids. I am 5’10 and sleep comfortably.
