Fully equipped with amenities for you to enjoy, our home will welcome you and invite you to return again and again. Its location offers exciting seasonal access to the Big Deschutes River, Mt. Bachelor, and Sunriver. Enjoy the comfort and serenity waiting for you at this peaceful home with views to the Big Deschutes River. Watch ducks stirring the water or a heron standing nearby. Listen to geese pierce the calm as you absorb the tranquil beauty of this natural setting. With easy access to Mt. Bachelor, come and experience some of the best snowboarding or skiing in the West. As the snow melts, visit one of the beautiful Cascade Lakes or just paddle away from your own private DOCK. Six kayaks, adult life jackets, and paddles are provided. The Big Deschutes River is renowned for kayaking, rafting, and fishing. Settle in and make yourself cozy, nestled within the Deschutes National Forest. Relax under the pines in a beautiful 7-person Caldera HOT TUB. Let Three Rivers Retreat be your point of departure for adventures and relaxation your memory will treasure. Nightly rates include access to Wi-Fi, Netflix and other Smart TV apps, private Caldera hot tub, premium in-house laundry facilities. Additional amenities include 3 comfortable queen beds, 1 queen futon, 2 full baths, a fully stocked kitchen, open floor-plan, 5 seat breakfast counter, 6 seat dining table, dishwasher, circular drive, private boat dock (seasonal: May through September), community boat launch nearby (12 month), and Weber barbecue. Come and enjoy! Two-night minimum; Specific notes: Enjoy a short walk to the neighborhood boat launch on Snow Goose Place. From the home's driveway, turn right and continue to the stop sign at Snow Goose Rd. Turn left on Snow Goose Rd and continue to the second left at Snow Goose Place. The boat launch/park area is on your right. This area provides a take out from the Big Deschutes River for short floats from the house. Personal flotation tubes (not provided) are easiest to carry for 10 minute walk back to the house. This community dock and park area also provides a good take out for WINTER floats from the South Century Drive bridge parking area on right (opposite the campground). This launch site is three miles from the house (1 mi. to S Century Dr, turn right for 2 mi to the bridge over the Big Deschutes river). Winter floats should be made with some additional caution! During winter season the managed flow out of Wickiup Reservoir is significantly reduced, lowering water level. October through April, our very short canal access to the river in view is frozen or dry. In May our water access returns for the warm season. Our shorter 6 fishing style kayaks are very stable, light, and easy to transport when tied securely. Pets are welcome, they need to be kept on a leash all the time when they are outside and not leaving them inside alone by themselves.. thank you!!

The private & spectacular Lakeside West Cabin (3 bedr/3.5 bath, sleeps 8) overlooks Tumalo Lake with cozy wood-burning stove, private hot tub, & amazing lake views. 12 mi to downtown Bend, 45 min to Mt Bachelor and 4 mi to Tumalo Falls. Immerse in nature and be as active as you choose: hiking, mountain biking, fishing, complimentary canoes, kayaks, SUPs, snowshoeing, sledding, hammock, horseshoe and corn hole game, shared fire pit. Need more or less space? We have 2, 4 and 6 - 8 bedroom cabins.

Riverfront Lodge

The house sits on an acre of land right on the Deschutes river with over 200 ft of frontage. With private dock, kayaks, canoes and a row boat, you can enjoy the river and the wonderful view. Two large decks with furniture and fire pit are great for outdoor BBQ's and just watching the wildlife. Otters, beaver, deer, ducks, geese and swans make the back yard their home. There are 6 bikes, river tubes and a ping pong table in the garage. Come and enjoy, I guarantee you will want to come back!

Riverfront cabin w/ fantastic location! Conveniently located to the Sunriver Village (5 min) & Mt. Bachelor (20 min). Take it easy @ this unique, round house perched over the Spring River w/ 2 levels of decking, hot tub & private dock! Enjoy river activities, hiking & biking. Kayaks, SUP, canoe & bikes available for use. Stunning 180 degree views of the river. House is well stocked w/ all the creature comforts. This home is truly a peaceful oasis for some fun and R&R! 1 dog limit, $100 fee.

Studio between Bend and Crater Lake on the water

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. In the summer this 12 acre compound has numerous activities to keep you busy. Heated swimming pool, hot tub, tennis and basketball courts, badminton, volleyball bicycles, and lots of water toys…paddle boards, pedal boat, kayaks, and pontoon boats. Winter heated pool and hot tub, large fire pit and seasonal snow. Willamette pass 20 min. Wildlife very abundant, and a working lumber mill across the water. Sunsets are usually gorgeous!

Studio apt. No shared walls. 7-min drive from the Village at Sunriver on S Century, 20 mins to Bend. Close to the Deschutes river. SUPs (2), kayaks (2), floats, rafts and bikes (2 adult and 2 kid), snowshoes (4 pairs). Pepper is a golden/boxer mix who loves kids and dogs. 25-mins to skiing at Mt. Bachelor. Private marina access in Oregon Water Wonderland. Pet friendly (no fee), fenced, hot tub, fire pit, horse shoes, putt putt, disc golf, movie theatre/golf sim (game room) upon req.

Black Duck Cabin

Cozy A frame cabin set in a quiet neighborhood among the pine trees just a short walk from the Deschutes River. The Black Duck Cabin is a perfect destination for all of Central Oregon's amazing activities. 10 minute drive to Sunriver Village, 30 minute drive to Mt. Bachelor, 30 minutes to Downtown Bend, 10 minute walk to the Deschutes River, golfing, fishing, hiking, shopping, mountain biking, all a short drive. If you're looking for a rustic, cabin experience this is the place for you!

Sunriver Area Retreat + EV Charger + Hot Tub!

Welcome to your next amazing getaway! Our house is SOUTH of Sunriver proper, about 10 minutes away and we don’t have SHARC passes. But.. from our front door, enjoy all that Central Oregon has to offer at our family and dog-friendly home! Located just one block (3 minute walk) from the Deschutes River, private community pool, tennis and pickle-ball courts or stay home and relax in the private hot tub. Our place is a perfect active family getaway.
