This beautiful condo is located in the desirable resort community of Eagle Crest which is home to three 18-hole golf courses, an 18-hole putting course, and miles of trails. There is a private hot tub on the back deck that backs up to the golf course, as well as a BBQ. There are 2 spacious upstairs bedrooms each with their own private attached bathroom and walk-in closets. Downstairs is a fully stocked kitchen, propane fireplace, and dining area/table. This is a beautiful quiet space with all the amenities to be comfortable, including a fully stocked kitchen, two bedrooms, two full baths and lots of light. The property is close to the pool, spa, and rec center, with access to three spectacular golf courses, six pickleball courts, and miles and miles of hiking and biking trails. With 1,400 square feet of living space, this is a great place to just sit and relax after a great day of hiking, skiing or golfing!

This beautiful and updated townhouse is located just blocks away from the Old Mill District. You can walk or ride down to the Hayden Homes Ampitheater, shopping, dining and of course the Deschutes River. The 2 bedroom 2 bath house itself is surrounded by trees and is very private. You will love the full tile shower in the master bathroom and the light and bright kitchen with updated appliances. This place is a perfect mix of comfort and location.
