Marie on Neebish Bay, this four season property is the perfect space for recreation and relaxation. Spend your days swimming, fishing, birdwatching, and ice fishing. Please bring your own boat and snow machine. Then retire at night to the garage for pool and ping-pong, the bonfire for stargazing or the living room for board games and movies. This home is situated on 176 acres in a springtime maple syrup bush with beautiful towering maples and sap lines throughout. Feel free to enjoy the trails with your dog or bring your bicycle to go riding. Relax in the quiet yard that is a mix of sun and shade in the day or sit by the fire in the open firepit in the evening. The large screened-in porch is a great place to enjoy a meal or sit and play games. In the winter, bring your snowmobile and access the Snowmobile Trail from our property.

The cottage offers 3 bedrooms and 1 bath with open concept living areas. Enjoy wonderful views of the lake and mountains from the deck. Full access to private waterfront yard with a beachy area, fire pit and private dock. Swimming, fishing and kayaking are a must. Bring life jackets for water play and worms for fishing. Come experience a relaxing getaway with family and friends! You can swim off the dock, great fishing, large yard for outdoor games and bonfires! You will have access to the entire camp, including all kitchen items, canoe, and both indoor and outdoor games. Three kayaks available with life jackets so you can tour the beautiful area. Like many other cottages, our water is lake fed so guests will need to bring bottled water. Fur babies welcome! Ensure they stay in the yard and watched.

A charming pine cottage right on Lake Huron. Located in an area of fascinating history and enjoyment on the water. Fabulous kayak destinations right outside the door. Have breakfast on the dock or at your private deck table with seating for six. Plenty of space at the dock to tie up your watercraft with boat launching right next door at Kensington Point Marina. The cottage water is fully filtered through an Ultra Violet light source which makes it 100% pure and drinkable out of the tap.

Welcome to Waiska Bay Cottage located right on the the south end of White Fish Bay. This cozy cottage offers views of Canada and the big lake freighters coming in from Superior. Set up a hammock or just sit by the cozy fire pit. This home is perfectly located to use as a base camp to enjoy all of the great resources available in the Upper Peninsula. ~~fish, hike, hunt, kayak, bike, snowmobile, gamble, take in night life, rock hunt, golf, swim, explore, the options are endless.

Birch Banks - Waterfront Family Cottage

When we decided to buy a cottage, we wanted something that brought us closer to nature, but didn’t want a house on the water. It had to have some rustic elements to it. With its vaulted knotty pine ceilings and walls, and windows looking out at the lake, we instantly fell in love. It doesn’t matter if it’s high summer floating on the lake, or Fall with the beautiful colours, it’s just a special place to be.
