This 3 bedroom/1 bath space is the lower level apartment of a house (set up duplex style) in the lovely and centrally located North Hill neighborhood. It is close to shops, restaurants, Des Moines Marina, Normandy Park, Burien, Angle Lake Light Rail Station & SeaTac Airport (without the airplane noise). Enjoy the home's tranquil gardens with waterfall and koi pond. The unit has 3 bedrooms (2 with closets, but all with desks) a living room, kitchenette (no range), large bathroom, and laundry.

Some say the cabin has a nautical feel with galley kitchen, wood paneling and brass light fixtures. In the bathroom, copper pipes become towel racks. Outside there are deck chairs and more by the water along with a meditation maze made from beach stones. The lighthouse is a short beach walk away. The reading and writing room, across the path, is a refuge for solitary study or work. Enjoy the water, marine life and birds here where each season brings new joy and sometimes, excitement.
