Unit is perfect for a travelling couple. Centrally located between City Park, RiNo, & Downtown/LoDo our home will become your ideal "home base" for exploring the Denver area. FYI - garden level unit. NOTE: PETS AND BABY LIVE UPSTAIRS but they never enter the unit. We provide a white noise machine in case you are sensitive.

Hip Denver Studio - Skyland Neighborhood

Come stay at our hip little 2nd story studio space. Enjoy the Denver skyline & Rocky Mountains right outside your windows. We are a block off Denver's City Park golf course near the Denver Zoo & Denver Museum of Nature & Science. We are also close to downtown Denver. Our studio space is brand new and accessible through our backyard with a keyless entry system. Our dogs - Jack Jack and Sophie Nacho - may welcome you but there is a gate closing in the space so they won’t be greeting you close up!

Recently remodeled 2 bedroom, clean, garden level basement apartment in FANTASTIC location. Less than one block off City Park and steps from the Denver Zoo, Denver Museum of Nature & Science, Denver Botanic Gardens, and several local coffee shops, bars, and restaurants (walk score=83). Downtown Denver is a 2.5 mile $10-15 Uber/Lyft ride away and there are two bus lines that within a block that will take you directly downtown. Live like a Denverite in the Bluebird District of City Park!

This is a remodeled one-bedroom basement apartment with a private entrance in the South City Park Neighborhood. The location is steps away from wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, independent stores, music venues, a great local craft brewery, the Sie Film Center, and beautiful City Park which includes the Denver Museum of Nature and Science, the Denver Zoo, and countless summer-time events (Colfax Marathon, Colorado Classic Pro Bike Race, Tour de Fat, various charity walks/runs, etc.).

Come stay with us! Your private home away from home styled to feel like you are staying at a family or friend's house. Located in our backyard in a quiet neighborhood with easy parking just 2 miles East of Downtown - walk to Zoo, City Park, and neighborhood restaurants. Or, bike (with provided bikes) to downtown, Cherry Creek, or RINO. Easy access from Airport - just a 20 minute drive or Uber or the A-train and 7 min bus ride will bring you within 2 blocks of the Carriage House.
