The Orchard House

**A devastating freeze in October 2020 killed all 400 of our sweet cherry trees and many of our peach trees. Sadly, our orchard is not the lush green jewel it once was. We are planting new cherry trees in the Spring of 2022. While the orchard views have changed, the Orchard House continues to offer a very comfortable place to rest and recharge. Come enjoy fresh air and quiet whether you are stopping through on a road trip or staying longer for local adventure. Fast WiFi for telecommuting!

The Round House

Welcome to the Round House! This one-of-a-kind, converted grain silo has everything you need to feel right at home. The bedroom is upstairs. Delta is a gateway to the Western Slope of Colorado. Grand Mesa, Black Canyon National Monument and innumerable outdoor destinations are within a short distance. Please let me know if you are traveling with a dog when you reserve. There is a $30 PER dog fee. No Cats Please. If your stay is longer than 14 days there will be an additional deep cleaning fee.

Palisade Orchard Cottage

Our Palisade Orchard Cottage, built in the early 1900s,has been fully renovated with love. Our cottage will be sure to impress you with the most breathtaking views. Situated amongst the peach orchards and vineyards in Palisade. You are in the prime location to enjoy the gorgeous landscapes of Palisade but still minutes away from winery's, distillery's, hiking,skiing,biking, and the historic district downtown. North Fork Valley gem! Located in the heart of Crawford, steps from North Fork Boardwalk Restaurant & Bar & across the way is Lazy J popular local coffee shop. Easy access to outdoor adventures in the West Elk Mountains, Crawford State Park and Reservoir only a mile away. North Rim of the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park only a short drive. The 800 square mile top of the Grand Mesa hosts 300 lakes for fishing as well as paddle boarding and other small watercraft.
