Stylish charm with lofted sleeping space up a ships ladder, boasts a new Queen Nectar Mattress. Up the ladder sleeping loft is only for the fit and adventurous. Must be comfortable on your knees because it’s a low headroom situation. There is a main level futon sofa sleeper too if need be. Lovely park like setting with outside firepit and charcoal Weber mini grill. Kitchenette is pretty well outfitted. Tiny Cottage has plenty of charm and comforts. A beautiful guesthouse on 5 acres a few miles north of the quaint town of Cedaredge. Multiple access points to the Grand Mesa, the ultimate outdoor playground for snowmobiling, hiking, motorcycling, ATVs, UTVs, fishing & hunting! Extra parking for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or snowmobiles! YMR permits guests to bring one furbaby without pre-approval ($100 pet fee still applies). To bring more than one pet, pre-approval & addt’l. fees apply. One external security camera by the kitchen door.
