Great for a girls wine weekend in Palisade. The house had so many fun things to do and the decor was adorable. Had a great time and everyone was really comfortable

Maria’s place was perfect for our long weekend in the desert. We had 8 adults and everyone had their own bed. The large kitchen was great for hanging out, cooking together and socializing. The backyard with pool and hot rub are amazing and the basement ping pong and fooseball were a hit too. We had lots of golf clubs and bikes so the garage space was also much appreciated.

Candace was a great host and the hot tub was super amazing!

We loved our stay! We had a group of 4 . We decided on a "getaway " together to listen to a 4 day online conference. The space was honestly more than we needed for 4 people but it was also nice to have the extra space at the same time! We each had our own space, with two and a half baths! The kitchen was large so we were not tripping over each other at all! We absolutely loved the outdoor space as well. A couple times we placed the computer on the bench surrounding the hot tub and watched our conference form the hot tub!! Their is another deck around a tree perfect for yoga or just plain relaxing! We had dinners and lunches outside on the table and played a couple games of cornhole! We were able to use Lyft to get a ride into Palisde to visit wineries without difficultly. The house was convient to two grocery stores. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. The communication with Clara was excellent and we look forward to another stay in the future!! Thank you so so much!!

I didn’t realize this place was nestled right among an orchard! So cool watching the moon rise above the orchard and Grand Mesa while relaxing in the hot tub. The kitchen had everything. Comfy, cozy, and unique.

The owner was so friendly and accommodating. Great communication. The perfect place for my hubby and I to crash after a grueling trail run.

We loved it!!! Brad and Sarah are great host when we needed something they responded promptly and were always friendly I definitely recommend this place, it’s cozy loved the decoration and beds were really comfortable the whole home was very clean.. thank you Brad and Sarah for having us and when we go to Colorado I’ll definitely be looking forward to staying there again❤️👌

This place is magnificent! Exactly as pictured. We were a party of 11 in town for a wedding and the place is so spacious you never felt like you were on top of each other. Dog friendly. Amazing saltwater pool. Giant kitchen was stocked well. Very tastefully decorated! Plenty of pillows, blankets, closet space. Nicole was SUPER responsive and very easy to work with. Party-friendly ABnBs are not easy to come by and she was great about the planning and reasonable cost per head over in LITERALLY the perfect space. Convenient to everywhere. Worth every penny we spent.

This bungalow is absolutely the coziest! The layout is charming, and the home is adorable—very well maintained and spotlessly clean. My kids and I loved being greeted by Alice on the front porch every day—she’s the sweetest and friendliest dog ever! All the animals at the ranch are so people-friendly, especially BoMama the donkey, who quickly became a favorite. We’re incredibly grateful for the chance to stay at this peaceful and beautiful Airbnb. Barb and David are truly amazing hosts—so kind, hardworking, and incredibly responsive. Thank you so much for welcoming us to your lovely ranch. My kids can’t stop talking about Alice and are already asking when we can come back!

Nice place but there it was hard to reach the property manager.

Definitely a 5 star property. The place was beautiful. And very relaxing. The arcade room was lots of fun. Filled with something for everyone. Every room was spotless. Every bathroom pristine. Perfect place to meet up with extended family or friends from out of town. Lots of sleeping options and plenty of privacy. And it can be hard to find a place both 420 friendly as well as pet friendly. There was even a dog kennel in one of the closets in case you forgot yours. If you are into all those things, you can’t find a better home base from which to set out from and explore all the valley has to offer. Would definitely recommend. 5 Stars

We used Sienna’s place as our base for a week of mountain biking. Sienna’s place was really clean, with comfy beds, a well stocked kitchen (with spices, coffee, and sharp knives!), and a big private back yard. Sienna was a great host; friendly, responsive and helpful. The house is an easy walk to downtown shops, restaurants and brewpubs. I can easily recommend this place!

If you have a group looking to ride OHV at Peach Valley or Dry Creek, this location is perfect. Plenty of room in the house to spread out for a good size group, nice hot tub, and all the things you would need. The host was very responsive for any needs prior to our arrival as well as once we were there.

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans cette maison avec un groupe d’amis. Nous étions 3 couples, 2 des couples ont dormis à l’étage principal et 1 couple au sous-sol. Le sous-sol comprend sa propre cuisine et salle de bain. Les deux couples à l’étage avaient leur propre salle de bain. Nous n’avons pas occupé la dernière chambre avec deux lits simples et une salle de bain; elle aurait été parfaite pour des enfants. Les photos représentent bien la maison et nous sommes très satisfait de notre séjour. La maison est située à distance de marche de la « main » avec un bon choix de resto. C’était parfait pour notre court séjour.

So grateful for this option while we build our small spot in paonia. Would be difficult to do without folks like Sandy! 🙏 and she lets us come with our enormous dogs! 🐶

The Peach Chalet was the perfect home away from home for our stay. Cozy and inviting, it had everything we needed for a comfortable extended visit. The views were stunning. The well-stocked kitchen made cooking easy, and the thoughtful touches throughout the space made it feel especially warm and welcoming. The location was peaceful yet conveniently close to Palisade and Grand Junction--and the perfect jumping-off point for skiing at Powderhorn. Jennifer and Justin were incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. We would absolutely stay here again!"

We had another great stay! Joshua is a fantastic host -- friendly and responsive. The house is in a convenient location. It's close to everything and in a very quiet cul-de-sac. Will definitely stay again!

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay in this beautiful home! We felt so welcomed by Cameron and Darby. The house was so spacious and so comfortable. We were greeted with a hand written note and a basket of snacks. We will definitely be booking again next time we come to Delta! Definitely 5-stars! ⭐️

We had an amazing girls' weekend at this beautiful home in Palisade! The location was perfect, near the wineries and perched on top of a lovely bluff with stunning views of the surrounding mesas. It has a relatively steep gravel road to the top but nothing a truck or SUV can't handle and well worth it for its seclusion! The directions provided were very easy to follow. The house itself was spacious, pristine, beautifully decorated, and had absolutely EVERYTHING we needed for a relaxing getaway. When I say everything, I mean everything - coffee, filters, tea, hot chocolate, spices, napkins, snacks, shampoo and conditioner, iron/board, fans, and more...I was blown away by how well-stocked it was. It was so nice not having to run to the grocery store after arriving late! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in wine country.

This stay was great. So convenient for downtown and for the fairgrounds. The property was clean and comfortable and as described. I’ll be coming to this area several times next year and hope to repeat.

We had a relaxing stay at this lovingly restored Victorian Airbnb. Classical music and soft lighting awaited us upon entering this cozy home. My husband said that the bed was one of the most comfortable he ever slept in. There was a family of deer that frolicked in the yard in the morning and at dusk. The views from the back yard were spectacular! We appreciated the extremely well stocked kitchen and numerous cozy spaces that were created throughout this historic home.

Very clean!!! Dogs loved the big fenced back yard. Nice carport for my truck. Quiet. All appliances worked great. Heater is a bit noisy but it kept us warm.

One of my favorite airbnbs I've stayed at - both in terms of the home and the hosts. One of the rare gems that is more beautiful in person than in the photos. Thoughtful touches throughout the home. High quality pots/pans. Nice art. Quality furniture. Comfortable beds. Highly recommend.
