Spacious and private 1500 sq ft 3 bedroom/1.5 bathroom first floor apartment, backing on to the beautiful Delta Nature Reserve. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen. In the separate living room there is a work desk and windows which offer views of the forest. 20 minutes from the airport. Easy access to highway 91 north to Vancouver and south to White Rock and the US border. Centrally located in the GVRD. This is a family home and the hosts live upstairs. It is not suitable for parties.

Conveniently located with a 5 minute drive to the ferry, mall, waterpark, golf courses and restaurants, 30 minutes to the airport and 40 minutes to downtown Vancouver. The suite is cosy, with two queen beds and a fold-out sofa. We live in the main house which is attached but quite separate and are available if you need anything.

The bedrooms have a queen sized bed and all cleansers and detergents used are natural, biodegradable, and scent-free. The living space has a desk, TV, and comfortable seating. We're between the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal and YVR and 25 km south of downtown Vancouver.
