The place was exactly as described. Furniture was comfortable, and the house was perfectly clean. It is also in an excellent location with a grocery store, restaurant, and pizza place all within a two minute walk. Adam is also an excellent host as he actively reached out to check in that everything was going smoothly. Would highly recommend staying here both for the quality of the place itself, as well as the location.

Such a lovely spot with a beautiful view of the ocean and the bridge which lights up at night! Beautiful views from every floor with nice outdoor balconies and tennis and pickleball right outside the front door. The beach feels vast and provides many great walks.

Mike was a very friendly, responsive host with detailed email information and texts. He was great about responding back quickly regarding any questions we had. He was also generous in offering to extend the normal 10 am check out time to 5 pm! We found it very helpful that Mike and Lexi had labels on kitchen cabinets, drawers and light switches so we could easily find what we needed.

Stayed here with my parents and my daughter and we all had a lovely time and really enjoyed Bruce’s house. The house is very spacious, with nice and very appropriate furnishings and gave us a lot of space to spread out as well as get together. The location is also perfect, right off the Main Street, with quite a few restaurants nearby (we loved White Rabbit) and the parking spot just behind the house made it easy to drive everywhere else. We used the grill a few times, and cooked in the kitchen as well and there was plenty of pots and utensils and such for all of that. Beds were comfortable and house stayed cool so we didn’t need the AC but was nice to have. All in all, definitely a great 8 nights here and would stay again if in the area.

Gladys place was perfect for our group's school trip. We traveled in a group of 6 people and it was more than enough room to accommodate everyone. We used public transportation daily and it was easy to navigate. Approximately 20-25 minute drive towards Capitol Hill and approximately 45 minutes to an hour for the public transportation route. The home looks just like the pictures and was very clean. Gladys was quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed.

This is the cutest house with tons of charm one block away from the Barracks Row restaurants and a quick 5-8 minute walk to the Eastern Market Metro Station. The house was clean, with a well supplied kitchen which was appreciated for breakfast before a busy day as tourists. Comfortable beds and plenty of linens/towels. Alec, the property manager was responsive prior to our stay and provided a very detailed welcome message with what to expect upon arrival. Would recommend for a group/family traveling to the DC area!

Our family of four was very comfortable here on our mini spring break trip. We loved being walking distance from the water, Metro, and various grocery stores and restaurants, and we were always able to park near the property.

We came for a wedding and this Airbnb was perfect for getting ready and close proximity. Great location near the beach and restaurants. The inside was very homey and the deck was so cute!

We enjoyed our stay here! It was very comfortable, clean, spacious and was very close to the convention center for our business trip. Marika was very nice, responds time was fast and she gave very clear instructions. I felt safe and will book again next time I come to Baltimore! If you are in the Baltimore area visiting I will definitely recommend staying here!

The home was beautiful as the pictures shown. Very peaceful, that I had to stay an additional night. My host was very nice and understanding. It felt like I was right at home being as though I'm from that area. It was worth the travel!

We had a really nice stay and Georgetown is absolutely the best neighbourhood to stay in in DC. We wished the bathrooms were a little larger and the downstairs is a little dark but they’ve done a really great job with the space. Would stay again!

We loved Milian's rowhouse with historic and original elements and tastefully decorated. Great location, 6 blocks from the U St. metro and every type of restaurant, service or store in walkable distance. Very responsive and accommodative host. Would stay again next time we're in DC.

Great place, and good location to get around and see all the major sightseeing activities! The place was easy to find and get to, and check in was a breeze - I'd recommend this stay!

Highly recommend. This is a townhouse that is beautifully renovated, perfectly clean, modern 1.5 baths, kitchen, comfortable beds, lovely 2nd floor deck in the back. Neighborhood is quiet. Easy walking distance to convention center (20min), harbor (30 min), ball parks (15 min). The only thing to consider is that this is not the area with the Traeder Joes. We never felt unsafe, but you have to be comfortable walking in an area with occasional panhandlers. Then it is the perfect stay.

Have stayed at Gia’s properties many times while visiting my elderly mother. This house has become my second home! Close to Pickersgill Retirement Community and in a safe neighborhood. Gia is always responsive to any and all requests or inquires. Will be booking again soon for next trip to Baltimore!

Fantastic location: a green little oasis within walking distance of the mall and the ward - the street has very low traffic and is lined with huge shady trees, a great place to walk your dog. Also only a few blocks from the subway, a grocery store and a few good places to eat. Super cool house: nice big rooms and lovely views from the front and back - the balcony and back patio are great places to relax between museum excursions. We stayed at this house last year and loved it so much we came back. Nothing has changed, unfortunately the dishwasher is still broken, even so, we'd love to come back again next year.

Grace, home was perfect. It was well appointed, clean and very comfortable. Grace was an excellent host.

Jessica communicated well - responsive and helpful. Location was excellent for our purposes - very close to Riderwood retirement community and just off 95 and 495. House was clean and well set up for us. If we do another group visit to Grandma, we'd be happy to stay again.

We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations during our stay! John’s place was clean and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the hot water and water pressure were excellent! The backyard space was relaxing at the end of a busy day and we loved the quiet friendly neighborhood atmosphere with tons of walkable restaurants. Next time we are in town we will be booking again!

I had the pleasure of communicating with Nusrat when inquiring about booking her property for a small video shoot. She was so easy to work with, lovely and helpful. We filmed two short scenes, and it all worked out great! I ended up meeting Nusrat as we packed up to leave, and she was just as lovely in person.

We loved staying at Samantha’s row house in Capitol Hill. This house felt new and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. There were two coffeemakers, one being Keurig and coffee pods available. There were plenty of spices and oil. Lots of toilet papers, paper towels, Kleenex. Plenty of towels to use. Very comfortable furniture and beds, bedding was super luxurious too. We ate at The Roost twice which is great for families when everyone likes something different. We took Lyft rides everywhere, but you can also use the metro. Samantha was always available and very helpful. Would we come back, absolutely!!!
