Βρίσκεται στην καλύτερη τοποθεσία της Στούπας,καθώς η πρόσβαση στη παραλία της Καλόγριας είναι δυνατή εντός 2λεπτών μέσω σκαλιών που βρίσκονται στα 10μ. από το διαμέρισμα,ενώ παράλληλα η πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της Στούπας είναι επίσης ξεκούραστη αφού διαρκεί το πολύ 5λεπτά με αργό περπάτημα.Το διαμέρισμα είναι μόλις ανακαινισμένο και η πανοραμική θέα του μπαλκονιού είναι αδύνατον να περιγραφεί.Είναι ένας μοναδικός συνδυασμός βουνού και θάλασσας.

The Mulberry - Garden, Sea & Sun

This newly built stone house with amazing pool was added by the owners to their existing house, situated in a large olive garden in the beautiful countryside overlooking the Messinian Sea. Blending perfectly with the traditional mani style, tastefully selected furniture and fabrics were used to decorate this special home. Amazing views to the mountains and the sea, completed by a roof top terrace for relaxing sun sets you will find plenty of space and privacy for a perfect holiday experience.

Please also check "Love House" and "Love Nest" Houses for availability. House is on the beach. This place is good for couples, solo adventurers, LGBTQ+ firiendly, business travelers and pet firendly. You will wake, eat, live, sleep, dream on the beach! Place is unique, it is like living on a Yacht with the luxury of a house. It is an Authentic Greek Fisherman's House, used to be an Inn and a family house later on. Now it is divided in three separate houses, sharing the same beach.

One bedroom stone guest house with mountain view

Ideally located, both close to Kardamyli but also private. A remarkable guesthouse on two levels with cathedral ceilings and an exposed wood vaulted roof. With it's own entrance. There is a sitting area with fireplace and a sofa that sleeps 1-2, a kitchenette, spacious bathroom with shower, eating area and an exit to a private terrace with outdoor shower and sitting area. Upstairs a king size bed with spectacular views of the sea and mountains. A unique place with a style all its own.

Στούντιο με θέα τον Μεσσηνιακό κόλπο και τους πρόποδες του Ταΰγετου. Κατάλληλο για καλοκαιρινές διακοπές αφού βρίσκεται στην παραλία Καλαμάτας! Με τη θάλασσα ακριβώς δίπλα και πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό, καφέ και ποτό. Το κέντρο της πόλης βρίσκεται σε κοντινή απόσταση (στάση λεωφορείου ακριβώς έξω από το σπίτι). The house is built in the traditional settlement of Proastio (or Prasteio for the locals) in an olive grove. It is located 6km (less than 10 minutes by car) from Kardamili and 9km (about 15 minutes drive) from Stoupa. In the area there are many beaches (organized and not) as well as cafes, taverns and restaurants for all tastes and requirements. The nearest beach is Kalamitsi (about 4km) and is ideal for children.
