We enjoyed our stay here. The house was spacious and clean. The area outback is perfect. Claudette was very accommodating and responsive. I grew up coming to this neighborhood and always loved it there. We would love to stay here again!

One of the rare Airbnb's where you feel at ease as soon as you walk in. Clean, bright, airy, and just as depicted. It feels like someone's well taken care of home. The deck is lovely for sitting with a cup of coffee or having dinner al fresco. The place is not huge but all the rooms are well sized and comfortable. Excellent showers (including an outdoor shower)! My teen kids enjoying reading their books in the loft, and we made good use of the Scrabble board and card decks provided. The kitchen was basic but sufficient for making a few small meals, and we enjoyed the Nespresso milk frother. The beach umbrella, chairs, bikes and parking permits were super handy - allowing easy access to the uncrowded South Bethany beaches nearby. Most importantly, everything was perfectly clean and comfortable! We definitely plan to come back.

Lovely home and a wonderful host!! I came for Autumn weekend with my girlfriends. Lots of space and plenty of room to spread out. We watched amazing sunrises over the ocean each morning. Diane was so responsive and house is very well stocked. Great home!!

We all enjoyed the house and felt very relaxed as soon as we walked in. I loved that the linens were all included and there were spares enough for us all. The house was well equipped as well with pans, dishes and the like, as well as coffee and spices. We were able to walk across the street to the terrific pool, another plus. The beach was a short drive, and we had the option of catching the community shuttle bus to Bethany. We will definitely consider staying here again.

We loved our time at Lisa and Jay’s cottage! The cottage was beautifully decorated with many thoughtful touches, like special treats waiting for us, lovely toiletries, and a hand written note. We had the chance to meet Lisa and Jay in person, who were very friendly and helpful in providing recommendations, especially for the kiddos on a rainy day. The property is also beautiful - we felt like we were in the English countryside. We would definitely come again!

We had a wonderful time! Everything at Morgan’s place was great, and anytime we had questions about anything, she was always quick to respond. This house has everything you need. Tons of beach gear, games, books, TVs in every room, comfy couches and beds and a stocked kitchen. There were a few toys for kids and even some kid plates/bowls/utensils. (You have to bring your own linens, but that was clearly communicated ahead of time) We brought a bunch of things that we never even unpacked because it ended up being provided. We loved the quiet neighborhood and access to the amenities in Bayville Shores, the pool is great, never got too crowded, and had lots of success driving to the state park for beach access, just made sure to arrive around 9am! We will definitely be back!

Barbara is an AMAZING host and has a lovely home that we thoroughly enjoyed for this short but lovely family getaway. The place was spotless: clutter free, super clean and beautifully designed. We could tell that Barbara put her heart and sole into making her condo feel like home for every guest. The place is located in a beautiful area that is pedestrian friendly, which was super important to us as we travelled with a toddler. It’s also minutes away from the beach while at the same time far away from noisy streets. Barbara was extremely accommodating with the check in/out time and responded to all our inquiries within minutes. We would come back without a hesitation! P.S on a side note the place was very well adapted for a toddler with some books, toys and even noise machines in every room:) we found this to be a great bonus for our family!

This host's responsiveness is truly remarkable, making you feel reassured and confident. Their kindness and care are among the best I've experienced with an AirBnB host. The home was comfortable, clean, and welcoming. It was perfect for our needs (seeing a concert at the Freeman Arts Center and relaxing with my friend).

Selina’s place was a very nice spot for our family to spend a long holiday weekend. The house was extremely clean, the kitchen well stocked, and the fenced in yard was great for our dog. The neighborhood was also nice for walking and was safe and quiet. Selina was easy to communicate with and always very responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay!

Our stay was just like being in our own home. The interior was lovely and well appointed. We brought way more than we needed as the owners anticipated needs and had anything you could want on hand. Our dog was comfortable as well. He enjoyed the walk down the street to the water and checking out the birds. It was a great location to meet our friends for both fishing and shopping. We would love to book again next spring.

Sheri was an amazing host and helped me with anything I had questions about and allowed myself & my guests to arrive earlier than the check in time. The place was so awesome inside & out and had all the room we needed! Looking forward to staying here in the near future! Thanks again Sheri!!!

We had a great family vacation in the amazing neighborhood of Angola By the Bay. The house was just as described in the listing and it had all of the amenities to make you feel right at home. We will definitely rent this property again in the near future

Haven Lake is a lovely home. The view was amazing, we got to watch the sunset on the summer solstice. We played badminton and blew bubbles in the big backyard and there were plenty of outdoor furniture to enjoy. The house was beautifully decorated, neat, and clean. There is a manicured rose garden and other perennials thought the property. We loved it! 🥰

This home was beautiful clean and spacious. My teens loved their suite it felt like their own mini apartment. My mom was new to air bnb and very old school but this home was so clean and beautiful she downloaded the app. No complaints! If u book here do not worry you’ll love it

We had a great time and the stay flew by! Lots to do in the surrounding areas. Kwame has a great place and we would look forward to renting again.

Phillip communicated early before check in and was very helpful with location and issues with possible snow. His home was absolutely beautiful and the perfect getaway before my friend’s wedding! I would absolutely love to rent again!

The home in Fenwick Island DE was perfect for a family beach holiday. Surprisingly spacious! The home had 3 living areas with comfortable beach furniture and a full size laundry room. The host responded twice in person to minor requests. Easy beach access with beach chairs! We enjoyed our off season weekend.

Beautiful inviting home and has everything you need. Neighborhood Is quiet and great to walk our two Cockapoos! Quick 5 minute drive to Fenwick Island where the beach is nice and quiet. When returning from the beach we enjoyed our options of the community pool or the Kayaks that we put in the water right off the dock. Enjoyed nights of Putt putt, Go carts and Vanderwende’s a must for ice cream cravings:) Matt’s Fish Camp was delicious also. We felt so at home it was hard to leave and will be back. Thank you Amy, a great home away from home!

What a beautiful home. Ivonne did such a job preparing such a lovely visit for us to Bethany this year. We’ve been coming to Bethany for 20+ years and we’ve never had a better home to rental, and that goes for places rented through Vacasa and other services. I can’t say enough good things. She even stocked the house with wine and treats for us and gave us an early check-in without us even asking. A true super host of a beautiful home. Thank you.
