Welcome to our cozy cottage retreat in the perfect location of Newark! Nestled against the backdrop of a picturesque horse farm, our 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle. Come and relax on the furnished deck and you just may see a few horses. The cottage is Pet Friendly and has a fenced in yard to accommodate our furry guests. 5 minutes to Deerfield Country Club, Less then 10 Minutes to downtown Newark, and just a few minutes to White Clay Creek Park.

You will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally-located home. The rear deck and grill are great for enjoying time outside. There's a fenced rear yard, making this home a perfect choice for man's best friend. We welcome dogs of any breed, size, and weight. We do offer size-specific pet amenities, so please share a photo of your dog when booking, or provide a basic description so we can set out appropriate amenities. Located only 1 1/2 block from the beach. Bird watchers paradise. Home on dead end street with very little to zero traffic. Located next to Prime hook National Wildlife Refuge. The extra person charge is for adults only exceeding 4 guest.
