Sara was very proactive and easy to communicate with regarding anything about the house and the area. The property is well located for waling to downtown Delaware and is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We love the converted three seasons room for hanging out and watching some tv during down times on our trips. This is the second time we have used the house for a guys weekend and it has been perfect. Would highly recommend.

My parents, my husband & I (plus our 2 dogs) were all put into quite the pickle when (48 hours prior to our visit) our former Airbnb host said they sold their home - unbeknownst to us - and could no longer accommodate us. We were also in a pretty remote area & there weren't very many choices, to begin with, so I was worried about where we would stay in such short notice. Manjot's place came up & quickly I just said - yes, let's take it! She was very responsive and always there to answer any of my questions. Check in was easy & her place was very cute! Nice Fenced in backyard for our dogs so we appreciated that! I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone.

The place was on a cul de sac making it a quiet, safe, pet friendly place! True fun house with pickleball court, basketball hoop and outdoor fire pit. Plus a huge backyard that was fenced in for privacy. Close to great restaurants and the Columbus Zoo. Jordan was quick to respond to a WiFi issue getting it resolved asap. Would stay there again.

Our family had such a great time on the farm. Anna was a great host, communicated promptly and accommodated all of our needs and wants. When my kids broke the animal feed jar, her husband brought us a new one right away. The house was adorable and the slow life on the farm was so refreshing. We cooked meals together, slept soundly, played board games, and the kids were so enraptured by the farm animals that my husband and I even got to have uninterrupted conversations sometimes! Our kids barely argued. Even our dog was more calm in this house. Such a welcome change of pace. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property to anyone looking to slow down and connect with their family.

This is our second stay and Jeanine is always gracious and very responsive. The farmhouse is reminiscent of my childhood home, which makes it a special stay for me.

Alivia was extremely kind, responsive, and helpful. Very grateful people like her host on Airbnb. Her place was impeccably clean and it could not have been a nicer stay.

My family and I loved our stay at the Willis house! The original woodwork is beautiful and the all of the porches & decks were the perfect gathering spaces. Will definitely be back!

We have stayed there twice now and again next year. All our family lives in the area, but I reside in Texas. So, we use Megan's home to celebrate family x-mas, and it feels like home with all the decorations. The only negative is my home in Texas is sunny and 80 degrees during the holidays and Ohio is freezing outside. However, Megan's home as a great fireplace!!

I have stayed at several Airbnb before, but Amanuel as a host tops the list. His communication/answer to my questions was very quick. Amanuel is definitely a supper host he definitely made our stayed Superb. My family and I will definitely recommend renting This place. We will e back. Tony’s place offers so many things…sublime book selection for those who prefer to pontificate rather then watch TV or their phone. Wonderful place for a private time & families as well. (For kids lots to do farms with cows, pigs, goats variety of birds, gophers, maybe even a couple of woodchucks) see the tractors & cool things that the heart of America was built with… remind them what it was like before we all had cell phones. Make a memory that’ll last forever no phone needed! Fields for miles=literal kid paradise..after sitting in a car waiting to get there-turn them loose in the fields out back or let them go visit the bullfrogs in the front pond with Peepers chirping away Peaceful & very safe for couples, families & kids Pool, hot tub fun for everyone!! My dad and I stayed in this air B&B for 3 nights, and it was amazing. Everything was clean, stocked, and ready to visit. We both had our own private bathroom which was a game changer. The building is very nice and in a great location, close to everything. I loved the little packet they provide with things to do in Columbus -- we took some of the food recommendations and they were beyond delicious. Kelly and Jennifer were very responsive to text as there was an brief issue getting into the apartment, and we truly appreciated that. Would definitely stay there again!

Another great stay at Doc's place!!! This was our 2nd long weekend trip to the Columbus area which we chose Doc's place again. The Calico Cottage is perfect for a couple or even a small family. It has everything you need to stay comfortably. The unit is always very clean and spotless when we arrive. Doc is very responsive to any questions you may have. Doc's property has a large dog park area on the property so your four-legged companions can have some fun sniffing and running around. We will keep coming back to Doc's place as our "go to" weekend trip. In fact, we already have another weekend booked in July. If you are visiting the Columbus area and looking for a place to stay with your four-legged companion, I highly recommend the Calico Cottage. Doc does have two other units on the property which is the only drawback to his place. Some of the common areas on the property you might be sharing with other guests during your visit but it doesn't deter us from booking.

We chose this as our meeting location to renew friendships and it could not have been more perfect. The spacious house was spotless, well equipped, and provided plenty of room for us. Sara Marie was flexible and accommodating. As we were departing we talked about returning to this location next year for a yearly event.

The Sunny Studio that Jeanine hosts is a wonderful little retreat. We stayed there for two nights while in town for a conference. She communicated very well on where the unit was on the property, there are a few buildings and everything was ready for us. Answered questions immediately. Super clean, updated and so well decorated. We stayed on a very cold and snowy weekend and the studio was warm and cozy. They made sure the walkways were shoveled and clear. Loved the artwork and attention to detail in the construction. Wonderful shower, comfortable bed, lovely porch. We will be staying here again. Great value!

Hidden away gem! We wanted a walkable location to downtown Delaware without busy traffic. This space was perfect for us. Well designed for best use of space. Lovely art and comfortable decor. We enjoyed our time here Also the exterior is well landscaped.

The house was in a very serene peaceful setting but was within 5-10 minutes of restaurants and shopping. We saw beautiful wild life from the house. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Hot tub was not working but GH Hospitality was responsive and we found a resolution. Would definetely rebook again!

Doc was a fantastic host. He responded to all texts and calls almost instantly, if not instantly. The property was absolutely perfect. House was spacious and homey, everything was clean and organized. The hot tub in specific was clean and chlorinated. We had a great time as well in the toy barn, it has things both for younger kids, and things to keep adults entertained as well. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here for all types of stays.
