Amazing apartment in wonderful area. Very spacious and clean, perfect location with lots of stores and restaurants close. Clean apartment, friendly and clear communications, easy checkin/checkout, would definitely stay again when coming back to DC/Georgetown!

I enjoyed my stay here while attending a conference at the Hyatt Regency. It was quiet, clean, and convenient. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay! Eric was able to accommodate me very last minute with a super late check in, very fast responsive and beautiful property!! Great location with easy parking right next door, and was super clean with very a comfy bed. Much needed for. Quick rest but would absolutely have stayed longer! Definitely recommend — thank you Eric!!

I had a great stay at Addisu’s place! The apartment was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully updated with modern features. Addisu was a responsive and accommodating host, especially with check-in and check-out times. The location, right next to Walmart and the free parking available are great perks! The neighborhood reflects the area’s affordability, with occasional noise at night due to police sirens, but nothing that made me feel unsafe. Overall, an excellent value for D.C.

I enjoyed Paula’s place. It’s quite big and just a few blocks away from one of my favorite downtown restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. The parking spot was clutch — most other spots don’t offer this and so you have to pay for a garage. Paula was super sweet and responsive.

This place was great; it's very comfortable, located in a beautiful neighborhood, and easy to find. The hosts are amazing! Very communicative and easy to reach. Traveling with an infant can be challenging, but the hosts offered amenities to help. Nice quiet space with plenty of room, great for a quick trip or even a longer stay. Very clean & organized when we arrived. Totally recommend it, 5 stars from us

Very clean and nice, and host was very quick with responding to any questions, pictures don’t do it justice, it’s much nicer in person, I will definitely be looking forward to staying at this location again.

We loved our extended stay here. Bare bones house but exactly what was pictured. The shower in the en-suite is fantastic. I would only change the window treatments in the main bedroom they are too small to actually block the sun. Also the pool table is not full size and there are no tables to put drinks on etc. bring your own mugs too. All in all we had a good time and would stay here again. Thank you!

We love coming to Georgetown and love staying at Rick's place. It's perfect for us, and we can relax there. The house is beautiful with great amenities. My mom appreciates the walk-in shower. The kitchen is fantastic for cooking. The beds are comfortable, as is the furniture in living and dining rooms. Rick is a fantastic host. I highly recommend this home!

This was our second time staying at this rental and we would recommend to others. Ann's communication was great and she even gave us the option to check in early and check out late as it was available.

Had a great time! Great location and made for easy access to all Cape May had to offer. Once we got there we barely used our car since everything was walking distance away.

Great stay and beautiful home with tons of room. We only had 4 of us and probably should've brought friends to bring the price down. Really appreciated the cornhole boards and kayaks so we could get out on the water. Never saw a single fish though. Either wrong time of year or we are horrible at fishing. Regardless I'd come back.

extremely clean in all areas- high quality linens and towels generous with supplies such as soaps and shower needs. kitchen was well stocked and surprised to find coffee and filters- nice to come into such a clean and neat place

Katherine’s place is a great stay! The view from the balcony is lovely and the photos online are accurate. The bed was also probably the most comfortable bed we’ve ever had at an Airbnb. The location is just a few blocks from the start of the boardwalk and there are many restaurants within quick walking distance. It is very closer to one of the Jolly Roger locations that has a water park and a go kart section. It is however a longer walk (over 30 blocks) from the busiest part of the boardwalk. Because of this though it makes the are much quieter so it all depends on what you are looking for. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay again! In addition Kathryne was very responsive and even ordered and extra fire stick for one of the rooms so we could try and get Disney+ in there for our kids - above and beyond. Thank you for a great stay.

This condo is very clean and nicely equipped. We had no problems, locating it and certainly felt safe and had no problems. There is a diner right next to it which is within walkable distance. The beach and Boardwalk are about a 10 minute drive with traffic. A walk to these areas would be relatively long but you could potentially ride a bike. Certainly would stay here again.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at Chris’ place! Very homey feel, close to the things we enjoyed. Felt safe and secure with having our motorcycle with us. This will be my go to from now on! Chris was very quick with his responses to my questions and concerns! Thank you so much for a great and enjoyable stay!!!

Another great stay. The location can't be any better, central OC at it's best. Easy walk to the beach. We tried Barrio Taco this time, it's huge, recently remodeled. Dead Freddie's across the street is a plus. Plenty of room for our family. We'll be back! Raif went above and beyond with his hospitality - thank you.

Jodie has the most perfect Airbnb. It’s beautifully decorated, extremely clean and in a perfect location. She’s also very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

There was an issue when we arrived and the cleaners had not been there. The host was quick to respond and address the issue. The place looks like it has been updated since the photos and the rooms were larger than I anticipated. It was an easy walk to the beach and convention center and there were a lot of restaurants around. We were traveling in the off season so many weren't open but during the spring/summer you would have access to a lot of different options.
