The beach is your backyard and only a few steps away down a picturesque path which opens to a breathtaking & secluded beach.

This is a newer cottage on the Delaware Bay near Milford, DE, only 25 minutes to Rehoboth Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Sleeps 4, 2 bdr, 1 bath, a double and a queen bed. Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

We are a hobby farm with pygmy goats and free-range hens located along Beach Highway near Greenwood, Delaware, in the heart of the Mennonite Community (not to be confused with the Amish). You will fall in love with this cozy and quaint little cottage as soon as you step inside. It is steps from the beach, allowing you to scoot outside at the last minute for the sunset. Outside, you can hear the ocean while you relax on the hammock or enjoy the shade of the large tree in the back yard. Enjoy making smores in the fire pit. Cook up some burgers on the portable grill. Inside, enjoy the newly renovated home. Refurbished original hardwood floors and a new washer and dryer.

The Hepburn is a beautifully renovated and decorated by home by Harlow Grey Homes. This meticulously restored glass cabin is located on over an acre of private grounds on a serene 75 acre lake. Firewood included! The separate seven-person hot tub is OPEN for the season. The private pool + built-in spa is closed and is set to reopen mid May 2026
