SPECIAL: 10% discount for a 28+ day stay. This bright and cozy two-room TINY HOUSE was built in 2018 as a honeymoon suite. A full kitchen with cookware, dinnerware, coffee pot, microwave. A heat pump provides heating and cooling. Shaded picnic table and small propane grill. Two-night minimum with parking for one car only (no trucks/trailers). Ask about extra parking. One well-behaved dog is allowed, note $35 pet fee. No other pets or children. No TV, good wifi. 10pm quiet zone.

The cottage is brand new on 27 acres of land 3 min to Blue Hill Mountain and 5 min to Blue Hill downtown which is right on the water of Blue Hill Bay. This is an edge wood retreat perfect for two to hear birds, squirrels and porcupines. Remember to pick some blueberries when it is in season before the black baby bears down the road eat them all. 3D nature is unfolding right in front of your eyes and Acadia National Park is a 50 min drive from here. There is plenty of sight-seeing in this picturesque area. Rockland is just 10-minutes away where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, museums, galleries, lighthouses and festivals.

Our cottage offers handcrafted counters, stone sinks, & oceanic tile to create a unique setting. 3 houses to the beach. Borrow a kayak & explore our shore. Property borders Scott’s Landing - a treasure trove of birds, sand dollars, porpoises, seals & a family of foxes. *Queen bed + flip down sofa (latter suitable for 1 adult OR 2 small kids)

Historic schoolhouse of Brooklin converted into the perfect one bedroom getaway. Located across the street from the Brooklin Rockbound Capel with a quick 20-minute drive to Blue Hill. Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor or Bangor are all with in an hour away. The original post and beam construction, with a sleeping loft, give the interior a rustic vibe offset by the playful color palette and butterfly wallpaper make it more botanical and lighthearted.

Meadow Point Cottage

Meadow Point cottage is located on a very quiet five acre property with panoramic views of Frenchman's Bay and Mount Desert Island. It takes about thirty minutes to drive over to MDI and Acadia National Park. The property has a private beach for kayaking and woods with a picnic area and fire pit. It is a wonderful spot for walking and viewing wildlife; ducks, eagles, shore birds, seals and deer.

Cozy Cottage in the Woods

Our open concept 2 bedroom home nestled in the woods has the charm of a cottage but the comforts of home. Morning coffee on the porch is often accompanied by sightings of deer in the large field out the front door and hummingbirds busy at the feeder. Get away from it all while being only 25 min from Bangor, under an hour from Belfast & Camden, and 45 min to an hour from Acadia & Bar Harbor!

Katy's Seaside Cottage

Katy's Seaside Cottage is a quaint & cozy 2 bedroom cottage, with ocean views. It has a beautiful deck/gazebo where you can sit and watch boats pass by. Enjoy free public access to the ocean anytime with a short walk from the property, a great place to kayak or swim. In the fall enjoy the fall foliage and great hikes on the island or in neighboring areas including Acadia.
