A 120sq.m. 4 bedroom duplex beach house, 500 meters from the beach (Sahara resort) in Nea Irakleia, Chalkidiki with an amazing garden, BBQ and a covered external living space. Three bedrooms are upstairs, one is a master room with a double bed and a sofa and the other two have one double and one single, each. The groundfloor has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, toilet and one twin bedroom. Suitable for families, friends and kids. 4 km from Nea Kallikratia (with health center).

Wooden house, front yard, 10 mt. from sea

Lovely sea cottage in front of blue flag, quiet beach. The house has 2 rooms +main room with kitchen. 90 sq. mt. front yard that connects to a balcony which offers sooting view of the Aegean sea, Chalkidiki and Thassos. The house is a traditional Greek summer cottage, decorated by my mother and offers a great vacation cottage for families or couples. The beach in front of the house is crystal clean and filled with wildlife so I would suggest bringing diving equipment.

Μία πανέμορφη ξύλινη μονοκατοικία μέσα στη φύση και στο πράσινο με απίθανη θεά και μόλις 15 km από την πόλη της Νάουσας στα 1260 υψόμετρο είναι ιδανική για όλες εποχές του χρόνου .Ο χώρος μας είναι ζεστός φιλόξενος με επένδυση ξύλου μέσα και πετρα απο έξω με τις μεγάλες τζαμαρίες που μπορείς να δεις στο δάσος διαθέτει ευρύχωρο σαλόνι και κουζίνα ένα υπνοδωμάτιο και ένα μπάνιο-WC .Υπάρχει επίσης μπαλκόνι το οποίο έχει απίστευτη θέα στο δασος.
