Bright Renovated Apartment in the Heart of the City

Tap at an antique typewriter in a workspace that's otherwise refreshingly modern, as is the rest of this cozy apartment. Bright colors and vibrant plants feature throughout, while artworks range from abstract canvases to geometric wall accents. And if a fast, reliable wifi connection is vital for you, enter the world of the WIND Fiber network with incredible speeds for downloading with 100Mbps. My place is a newly renovated apartment furnished and decorated in a way that entirely expresses my personal taste and my needs as a guest. Bright colors and modern elements combined with unique vintage pieces and plants. Spacious and luminous, this space ideal to spend your weekend and relax or even stay longer periods and feel at home. As long as you enter the apartment all spaces are accessible to you. And in order to be more precise, these include two spacious and extra cozy living rooms with a workstation, an elegant master bedroom, a modern bathroom and a kitchen. As a host, I will be as helpful as I can. Feel free to contact me for anything you would like to know about the apartment or the city. As a local, I can offer my insights and share some great city tips. The location is the center of Thessaloniki's beating heart, with the area a mix of the residential and commercial. The waterfront is just steps from the front door, while nearby points of interest include Aristotle's Square and Agia Sofia church. Public transportation is the best way to move around as parking can be quite tricky downtown. I would not recommend that. More information regarding the controlled parking regime you can find here https://www.thesi.gr/?lang=en There is a bus stop "Mitropoli" 140m away from the flat, serving 6 bus lines.Also, No 50 Cultural Route bus departs from the White Tower for a 50-minute tour of the city's key historical and cultural monuments, supported by telematic audio-visual material (in Greek and English) and printed leaflets. This is a modern, recently renovated and luxurious apartment at the center of Thessaloniki. - At the City Center. 5 min walk from Aristotle Square. - 1 minute walk from Venizelou metro station with many bus stops also nearby. - 5 tavernas/restaurants & 1 cafeteria just outside at less than 2 minutes walking distance. - Supermarket (Discount Markt) available at 3 minutes walking distance and a larger one (Masoutis) at 5 minutes walking distance. A 24/7 always open convenience store just outside.

Kellys place consists of a big kitchen & living area both fully equipt, the bedroom is bright & has lots of storage space also has a double bed, WiFi & smart TV is available, we also have 24/7 hot water& heating system. To σπιτι μ εχει μια ανετη σαλοκουζινα πληρως εξοπλισμενη με ανετο καναπε γωνια(που γινεται κρεββατι κ μπορει να κοιμηθει ενας επισκεπτης),smart T.V κ WIFI.Η κρεβατοκαμαρα ειναι ευρυχωρη φωτεινη με διπλο κρεββατι,ντουλαπα, το μπανιο ειναι μεγαλο με ζεστο νερο συνεχεια.
