The little house on top of the hill

Situated on top of a small hill is a nice little friendly house. Built with stone with lots of love & care, it suggests a perfect hide-out of tranquility away from the city noise & traffic. The 45 m house can easily host a family, 2 can sleep at the bed on the attic and 2-3 at the couches at the living room, next to the fireplace. There is a nice big yard where you can enjoy the magnificent view. The surrounding area has many options for nature lovers, walks in the oak forests, Zeros lake, etc

Enjoy the peace and quiet of this beautiful small stone house with fire place at the edge of the forest in the small village of Oxia, just 10 minutes walk from small Prespa lake. The house dates back to 1920 and has been fully renovated in 2014 with custom made design executed by local materials and artisans. The surroundings are quite rural with sheeps and horses at close distance. The lakes, a pristine bird sanctuary is one of the most beautiful and preserved landscapes in Europe.

This property is a luxury studio that includes a double bed and a living room all in one spacious environment, a bathroom with shower enclosure and windows that face the private garden. It also includes a wonderful setting of fully equipped kitchen and external dining table and sitting area with fantastic view of the Lakka bay. You can also relax on a big terrace with Bbq overlooking the bay of Lakka. The studio includes a private jacuzzi located in the private garden.

-Μια όμορφη χτισμένη εξοχική κατοικία με αγάπη για το εξαιρετικό καταπράσινο περιβάλλον της, ανακαινισμένη με πέτρα, με θέα στα Θεσπρωτικά όρη και το όρος Τόμαρος (Ολύτσικα) -Συνδυαζοντας την παράδοση και τον σχεδιασμό, διατηρήσαμε την αρχική δομή της κατοικίας με αγάπη για την ιστορία της, συνδυάζοντας το παλιό με μια σύγχρονη σκέψη αισθητικής και άνεσης. -Ιδανικό μέρος για χαλάρωση και όλα αυτά με αυτονομία και ιδιωτικότητα τόσο για ζευγάρια όσο και για οικογένεια.

Ένα ήρεμο αγροτόσπιτο μόλις 17 χλμ. από την πόλη της Καστοριάς,σε υψόμετρο 800 μ. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι και 6 άτομα. Ιδανικό για οικογένειες με παιδιά και κατοικίδια, η παρέες. Περιμετρικα υπάρχει κήπος, με υπέροχη θέα σε Γράμμο και Βίτσι. Στο κτήμα υπάρχει και μποστανάκι από το οποίο μπορείτε να προμηθευτείτε λαχανικά εποχής. Στο σπίτι υπάρχει τηλεόραση 32 ιντσών.Πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο. Θέρμανση καλοριφέρ (πετρέλαιο). Περίφραξη γύρω από το κτήμα.
