Δίχωρο ισόγειο διαμέρισμα 40 τ.μ. με δική του είσοδο και μεγάλη αυλή, με απόσταση 50 μέτρων απο τη θαλασσα. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, μπάνιο, υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεββάτι και ντουλάπα. Στο χώρο κουζίνας-καθιστικού υπάρχει μονό κρεββάτι και καναπές που μετατρεπεται σε δυο μονα κρεβατια καταλληλα για παιδια και οχι ιδιεταιρα ευσωμους ενηλικους. . .Οι διαστασεις καθε κρεβατιου οταν ειναι ανοιγμενος ο καναπες ειναι 1.80 ×0.70 εκατοστα. Σε ήσυχο δρόμο, πολύ κοντά σε καφετέριες, ταβέρνες, Σούπερ-μάρκετ και Τράπεζα.

Our beautiful house lies in the district called Agioi Apostoloi, 4 km away from the center of Chania and only 600 m from the sandy beach. Easy access to the highway that will take you to the most famous beaches of Crete. The accommodation offers free parking. Really close to the house you can find a bakery, coffee shops, and restaurants. There are four sandy beaches within walking distance from the apartment that you can visit also the windy days this bays is ideal for families with children.

This apartment is a modern but also a traditional stone house, recently renovated (2020), in the heart of the old city of Chania. It was built in the early 16th century as a fortress, with the only purpose to protect the city mainly from pirate attacks and constitutes part of the Venetian wall. The residence is fully furnished and equipped in order to ensure a comfortable stay for its guests. It is an ideal place to stay for large families, large group of friends and couples.
