Super belliggenhed. Gå afstand til det meste. Fantastisk udsigt til Akropolis både fra lejlighedens altan og fra den fælles tagterrasse. Vi vil vælge at bo her igen når vi skal til Athen en anden gang. Eneste minus måske for nogen, er at naboen er en open air cinema, som larmer en del mellem kl.21 og 23. men også virkelig charmerende at kunne se film med fra altanen, men Akropolis som baggrunds kulisse.

Tout s’est très bien passé et Giannis a fait son possible pour nous rendre service et être à notre écoute.

Ηταν ένα δωμάτιο σαν από άλλη εποχή. Μέσα στο κάστρο. Το αυτοκίνητο το αφήνετε απέξω και έχει λίγο περπάτημα αλλά ήταν φανταστική εμπειρία❤️

Le logement a Monemvasia est extrêmement bien situé. Très belle vue sur le village et la mer depuis les fenêtres de la chambre et de la terrasse. Nous avons logé comme dans un cocon au milieu de cette forteresse du 12e siècle ! Moment magique en dehors du temps. L’hôte est adorable et nous a donné de précieux conseils

Xenon Estate is spectacular. At the top of a hill (you do need a moped, quad or e-bike) with a stunning view, gorgeous lovingly manicured grounds (best we saw on the island), and pool. Alex and Harmeet (who, with his wife, manages the property) were incredibly helpful and we needed that help! I neglected to reserve seats on the ferry from Piraeus to Spetses — oops! —and Alex saved the day by arranging a last minute taxi from Athens Airport to Kosta and then a water taxi to the island. Phew! When we arrived at the house the kitchen was fully stocked for breakfast (eggs, bacon, breas, cheese, turkey, butter, coffee, milk, water) — remarkable kindness. And then Harmeet helped us secure a quad on a busy holiday weekend when all rental shops were empty. He also helped us get dinner reservations for three nights and arrange a car to deliver our luggage to the ferry. All in all the kind of service a guest could dream of. We are so appreciative of Xenon Estate and the team there — thanks!

Great apartments, well appointed, owned and designed by an architect, so amazing attention to detail with beautiful decorations, everything you could need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Always someone on reception too to help. Beautiful rooftop too

We had a great time, excellent location, close to the city center and the sea, especially kind and pleasant service from Vasilis the counter worker. Highly recommend

The apartment was lovely. We were well received . The apartment was perfect and clean and supplied all necessities and more. Shower products and coffee was readily available. All 3 rooms had air conditioning. And the access to the pool was a definite plus. The apartment is also conveniently close to a restaurant which we enjoyed for breakfast as well as the beach. Definitely a place to come back to.

We just spent one night here for a layover. However, you could easily make this a destination. The home is even nicer than described. The pool and backyard area look like they belong in a magazine. The location is a 2 minute walk from the sea, 5 minutes to a beach and 10 minutes to all kinds of restaurants. Wish I could've stayed longer. The host was even kind enough to arrange our pick up from and transfer to the airport. Book this place with confidence.

Das apartment war sehr schön, insbesondere der Balkon mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Wir waren Anfang April dort und es war sehr ruhig - perfekt um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Die Küche war für uns super ausgestattet, so dass wir gemütlich auf dem Balkon frühstücken konnten. Wir würden immer wieder buchen (:

Alles war Bestens ! Sotiris war bei unserer Ankunft persönlich anwesend und hat uns auf unser Zimmer gebracht. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber und hat eine atemberaubende Aussicht direkt auf's Meer. Da wir im April dort waren, war es in der Nacht ein wenig kühl und wir haben nach Anfrage, sofort warme Decken bekommen!!! Auch Kaffee und Marmelade wurde immer nachgefüllt. Man kann wunderbar am Strand spazieren gehen und es gibt in unmittelbarer Nähe, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß, einen großen Supermarkt, einige Cafes und Restaurants direkt am Strand und Meer. Eine Konditorei, ein giechisches Delikatessengeschäft, Minimarkt, Pizzeria und Selfsevice Restaurant sind nach wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Es ist eine sehr angenehme und ruhige Gegend. Eigentlich nur Einheimische und so gut wie keine Touristen. Nach Athen kommt man gut mit dem Bus und dann Metro. Die Station ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar und man fährt ca. 1 Stunde. Alles in Allem eine TOP Location!!! Sehr gerne wieder !

It is located conveniently near the airport and is relatively close to a metro station. It is a nice place to stay if you want to stay in a quiet calm area.

We loved our stay at Constantina's place and would definitely return when back in Athens. The location was convenient to many great restaurants and things to do and see in the city. The only negative that other reviewers have already mentioned is the late night noise. We stayed over a weekend and we were woken up in the middle of the night by noise from the street below. It is a pedestrian street, but there are many bars nearby and I guess patrons tend to spill over into the surrounding streets at closing. Overall, it was a great stay!

The place was in a good location truly in the center of everything and close to must see spots. Very clean and the staff was super accommodating and informative

10/10 Stay! The Hostel was located close the all the sightseeing spot. The room was perfect for the pice and the host and other guest were friendly aswell. Would stay there again ;)

We loved the decor, the high ceilings, the roof deck, the patio, and so much more. The location was great, easy walking distance to Metro, restaurants, and more. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the kitchen is well-equipped. There was plenty of space for our party of six to spread out and be comfy. Panagiotis is so kind and helpful, always quick to respond to questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would happily stay again.
