Seminole Hideaway Cottage

This cottage is located on beautiful Lake Seminole. It is home to some of the best fresh water fishing in the world. The cottage is nestled behind the main house on a cove with access to a dock on the main lake. The area is abundant with deer and wildlife. It's the perfect place for fishermen, hunters and those who just want to get away to write and absorb nature. There is a boat ramp within 5 min and the Bainbridge boat basin is 20 min away. Available for hire are fishing and hunting guides.

The Lofts at Eden Pass- Loft B

Come stay at the best kept secret in Bainbridge. This unique space is walking distance to the historic downtown area. When you enter you will feel the big city vibe with small town charm. The industrial theme of the building carries throughout the loft creating a special experience unmatched by any other space in the downtown or surrounding area. The Rusty Nail

This tiny home has many extras! Perfect for fishermen with a large yard for boats including power pole and light, with dock and two boat slips. It is also universal for work crews who like to play pool or darts after work. Need ice? Don’t worry you will have your own commercial ice machine to fill those coolers! The perfect getaway for a couples retreat as well, with all the amenities of home including a full kitchen and a cozy little porch to relax out on while you grill your favorite food.

Enjoy the downtown square in Bainbridge, Ga while staying in the Alderman Building. Completed in 2024, the historic Alderman Building was thoughtfully renovated with luxury in mind. Fisherman's Lodge

This 3 bed, 3 bath house on Spring Creek at Lake Seminole is perfect for families or large groups of hunters and fisherman. It can comfortably sleep up to 12 people. Located less than a mile from Big Jim's Restaurant and boat ramp. This home has a fully equipped kitchen and two 65-inch TV's with YouTube TV. There is a gas grill outside and a fire pit that is perfect for relaxing evenings. You can dock your boat steps away from the screened in back porch or park it under the carport.

Tucked away within the beautiful Alderman building the Studio Unit is a perfect location to getaway. Located right off of “Georgia’s Downtown of the Year” you’ll be steps away from Bainbridge’s best in every way. The unit includes den-kitchen combo with shower/bath. There are stairs to access the queen bed loft. There is no elevator access.
