Ocean View is a stunning air-conditioned self-catering holiday house offering a sweeping panorama of beautiful Vivonne Bay, with the acclaimed beach just a couple of minutes walk away. The décor is modern with a bright & airy ambience. There are two queen bedrooms and a bunkroom with four single beds. The kitchen is equipped with new Miele appliances and includes an espresso machine. Free WiFi and a smart TV with Foxtel are provided along with a Bluetooth music system. Diverse wildlife abounds.

Still Windy Couple's Retreat

Still Windy is a self-contained retreat for couples on the stunning north coast of Kangaroo Island. Situated on a 100 ha bush block less than 10 mins from spectacular Snelling Beach, the unique house takes full advantage of of the surrounding bush, farmland and ocean views. The house is a stylish boutique retreat with little touches of luxury for your comfort and enjoyment. Still Windy is perfect anytime of year for summer holidays, clear autumn days, wild wintry escapes and spring wildflowers.

Sheoaks is a 4 bedroom rammed earth home that configures to accommodate 2 guests in a self-contained studio-bedroom, or opens up to accommodate larger family groups. A circular elevated day bed is just made for relaxing with your loved ones, a wood fire to keep you cosy through winter and a screened outdoor patio for insect free dining through summer. 1 x studio bedroom with King Bed, 1 x bedroom with split King Beds, 1 x King Single and 1 x single bed with a trundle in the other bedroom

Sky House, Luxe Rammed Earth Villa, Pet Friendly

This rammed-earth villa is located on the highest point of the property with sweeping views of the coastline as far as the eye can see. The slow combustion fireplace, a huge Villeroy & Boch bathtub, & the complete solitude make this house the ultimate honeymooners’ delight. Sky House is also pleased to accept pets! There's a small fee of $65 per booking to cover additional cleaning costs when bringing a pet (to be paid directly). A limit of one small to medium pet per reservation applies.

Our fully self-contained apartment is set in a peaceful neighbourhood, a short stroll down to the jetty, new boat ramp and famous long white beach. The apartment is on the ground floor of our newly built two storey home. You have private access with no stairs or steps, parking at the front door, a well-lit driveway and entrance, off-street parking for boats, free wifi and reverse cycle air conditioning. The private outdoor area and lounge overlooks our spacious garden with your own BBQ.

Relax inside by the fire or on the deck overlooking spectacular views of Lathami Conservation Park watching the wildlife go about their daily routines.

Beonne the Bay is situated at stunning Vivonne Bay. This four-bedroom house easily sleeps 10 people. It can be cosy for a couple with an upstairs bedroom featuring a king size bed and en-suite but equally comfortable for ten, with 2 queen size beds, another living area and bathroom. Just minutes walk to both the Harriet River and the beach or a short drive to Flinders Chase and Little Sahara, you are well positioned to enjoy the many opportunities that Kangaroo Island has to offer.

Stokes Bay Surf Shack

Make some memories at this unique and off-grid family-friendly place. Located only a few hundred metres from Australia's best beach, Stokes Bay, you will find yourself in a secluded paradise. You won't need to travel anywhere to find Kangaroos or Koalas, with both regularly spotted just metres from the house. Relax on the deck with a coffee and watch the birds fly in to drink, including the endangered Glossy Black Cockatoo. All within walking distance of the beach and Rockpool cafe.
