We had an amazing weekend Best villa I had ever rented I loved it Will b renting it again. The host was super nice easy to contact VERY VERY nice Everything was just amazing I’m very satisfied 🙏🏾

Nous avons adoré la maison et avons passé un séjour fantastique. La villa est décorée avec goût et très bien équipée et que dire de l’extérieur… Ouf! L’espace patio, le mobilier, la piscine sans oublier la vue spectaculaire nous ont comblé! Nous avons adopté le resto L’Oasis et la petite épicerie Bread&Butter à 5 minutes de marche 😉 ainsi que La cabane du pêcheur à 15 minutes en voiture où chaque matin, vous pouvez avoir des arrivages de poissons à très bon prix. Un merci spécial à Josy qui a facilité notre séjour, nous a aidé avec des réservations et de merveilleuses recommandations. Nous reviendrons assurément… Mille merci!

Phadya and Robert's "Oceans 29 " was everything that was advertised, beautiful, clean, contemporary with a great central location and breath taking views !!! Check-in was easy with Phadya describing all the Villa amenities and some ins and outs of the property. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to future Sint Maarteen visitors!!!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans la villa Louisiana ! Une semaine de rêve, nous étions 7 et nous n'avons manquer de rien ! Tout était au rendez-vous pour que l'on puisse passer une bonne semaine de vacances afin de visiter cette merveilleuse île. Virginie est très réactive aux messages et ne vous laissera jamais sans informations ! La villa est parfaitement équipée, la piscine est un régal que ce soit le matin ou en fin de soirée pour se rafraîchir et le coin barbecue nous à permis de profiter également de l'espace extérieur avec une belle table pouvant accueillir toute la famille. Nous conseillons ce lieu et reviendrons avec plaisir afin de profiter des coins non explorés !

Nous avons eu un très beau séjour. L’emplacement de la maison est fantastique et est près de tout-restaurants, épicerie plage. L’hôte a été tres flexible lors de notre arrivée et nous en sommes très reconnaissants . L’endroit était très propre et bien entretenu. Nous y reviendrons assurément! Merci!

We loved our stay. This home is better than the pictures. The views are stunning. Our family enjoyed the pool which is a great size for a rental, grilling and eating outside enjoying the view. The lounge chairs are super comfortable. The beds were super comfortable with hotel quality bedding. We enjoyed walking to the restaurants in Maho for dinner or Ds beach club which was very close. We enjoyed the close proximity to Mullet Bay beach and a short drive to the other beaches on the French side. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms newly updated. Angie greeted us and explained the home and was responsive. We loved our stay here and will hopefully be back, it’s one of our favorite rentals ever. Book it!

"Life is good" is a secluded villa with a very interesting set up. it has two separate bedrooms with in suite bathrooms on the top level with a separate kitchen and living room as well as a reasonable size infinity pool on a lower level. This would work well for either two couples or parents with preteens/teens of the same sex. The view is to die for. Indigo bay is a heavily developing neighborhood but this villa stands on the opposite side of the bay from the new hotel construction so it is not affected by it at all. There is a short drive to Indigo Bay beach (small and feels private) and another 5 min drive to a nearby grocery store. It is only 10min away from Simpson bay and 15 min from Marigot. it was easy to communicate with the owner of this villa and their local management company who gave us a warm welcome. we definitely plan to come back and spend more time in this lovely place.

The place was beautiful, clean and exactly as described. Walkable distance to popular places like D’s bar, sunset bar and maho beach. Lateefah was very communicative and an amazing host. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful time at Olivier’s Blue Horizon Villa. We loved the privacy and views of the outdoor space and the spacious and comfortable interior with cozy bedrooms and a well-appointed kitchen. We had breakfast at home every day and even cooked a couple dinners in. We had one 11 year old boy who used the pool a lot, including night swims! We went without a car the first day and night and were able to easily walk to local beaches and restaurants but our crew included two women over 80 so we decided to rent a car for the remainder of our stay which allowed us to explore some different locations, beaches, sights and restaurants. The home was a little tricky to find in a cab but Olivier was very responsive and helpful from check-in to check-out. Overall it was an excellent and memorable stay at a very special home.

We had a fantastic time at Marion's house! She was amazing! The location is great - gated community between Grand Case and Marigot and not far from Orient Beach. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. View was amazing, pool and patio were nice (we spent a lot of time on the outdoor furniture), all the beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped! Marion had some excellent dinner suggestions (even made our reservation for us at one place that was hard to get in) and she has a hook up with one of the beach restaurants at Orient that got us free chairs for the day. It might be worth noting that the house is a part of a 4-5 unit complex with neighbors on each side and a rental unit down below. However, this was not an issue as we rarely heard any of the neighbors and there is plenty of shrubbery and other elements that give adequate privacy. We even had a couples massage on the patio one day! Overall very pleased and highly recommend!!!

Great home in a quiet neighborhood with increadible views of the ocean. Home is well-stocked, including fully-stocked kitchen. The outdoor area is amazing and the beds are super comfortable. Very convenient location for our three favorite beaches---Friar's Bay, Anse Marcel, and Orient! Linda and Gilles and their entire team were very responsive when minor issues arose. We enjoyed our trip very much!

This property is stunning and the property manager Harold went above and beyond. The area was perfect and in walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and the beach.

The house was incredibly beautiful with a wonderful location. The host was very helpful and wonderful to work with.

If there could be 6 stars, I would select it. I visit St. Marteen frequently and often AirBnB, but this spot was one of the nicest I've been to. Let's start with the location. It is right next to Phillipsburg, which is great, but you are also right next to Simpson Bay. Since we came to the island to venture in all directions from Maho to Grande Case, we couldn't have been more happy with where this home was located, basically putting everything within a 15 to 20 minute ride. In addition, this house is located dead center in the U-shaped development, and at night, it looked like we were in Santorini; all the surrounding houses were uniform and all light up, and it was absolutely amazing. In addition, the view you had from the upstairs bedrooms when you woke up looking at the sea was breathtaking, not to mention we spent most of our time outside and in the infinity pool, and that view was even better. Thank you so much for a memorable trip with the family!!!

Mia Beach Villa was a fantastic place to retreat and unwind for 8 days. The house was bigger and more spacious than the pictures conveyed. The three bedrooms are huge and spread out, and the kitchen/dining area has soaring ceilings that make it feel very open, even though the only windows are in the front and back. The real star is the long terrace and the steps down to the beach; that's why we booked this - we want to be right on the water. The beach itself is beautiful and quiet, but, it is worth noting, not very walkable or swimmable. That was a mild disappointment. One thing worth noting - while the area of Pelican Key is very developed, the road in and out is atrocious. Get a SUV or something with higher clearance or you'll stress your car bottoming out multiple times on each trip in or out. You can walk to the restaurants at the Simpson Bay Resort. Finally - though we needed little during our stay, Alexandra and Muriel were proactive, responsive and helpful at all times.

You couldn’t ask for a better location. It’s steps away from some of the best beach bars in Orient Bay. The house has a lovely deck on the 2nd floor with great views of the water and hills. Very peaceful. And there were some very thoughtful welcome amenities provided at checkin. Overall a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Laurent’s home. Travelled with child and it was great for our needs. We all had our own space which was comfortable for all. Location has access to beach with just a short walk, or you’re in driving distance to many of our favorite areas on the island. Easy to get to Grand Case, Dock to Pinel, Orient. It’s a quieter area so nice to return home after days out. I would recommend.

Shelby was very attentive to our needs. Water is not hot but that apparently is what the island has. Water pressure is not the greatest but did the job. Being beside the airport was very convenient but not quiet. We all had a great trip and appreciate Shelby a lot.

La maison de Katia est superbe, et Katia est l hote ideal: tout est fait pour que l on se sente comme chez nous. La maison offre bien plus que ce qu il y est indique dans l annonce, l equipement cuisine, le barbecue, les prises anti moustique, des jeux de bains piscine, de la lessive etc..et l attention particuliere de Katia a notre arrivée avec des fruits frais de son jardin, de l eau du the et cafe .. on ne pouvait attendre mieux! La maison est aussi superbement située sur la baie orientale a 10mn a pied de la plage et des commerces. Un super choix de vacances! Merci Katia

Spectacular home. Private, quiet, yet minutes away from beaches and quality restaurants. Checking in and out was well coordinated by the team, as were responses to queries. A wonderful stay, highly recommended.

Our stay at Chrissy's home was a dream! The house is absolutely gorgeous, well designed, clean, spacious, incredible view, fantastic location- it was the best place we've rented on AirBnB. I cannot recommend this stay enough and would gladly return in a heartbeat. Our time in Saint Martin was phenomenal and a huge part of that was due to this amazing house.
