Equipped with Wifi, Netflix, Hulu, x-box and DVD player. Off-street, covered parking makes unpacking and packing easy.

Casa Contente is a spacious craftsman house centrally located in downtown Davis. Dining table comfortably sits 8 and may squeeze in 10 people. Fully stocked kitchen is a cook's dream. We are a perfect house for a quiet family get together and NOT a good match for a party. NO PARTIES/NO SMOKING. Also, there is not much of a backyard, so we wouldn't be able to accommodate any gatherings outside. We reserve the right to ask for an ID prior to booking or checking in.
