Beautiful home. Very walkable area. Everything was clean. Very responsive!

Miles was very responsive and accommodating. Our group had 3 kids ages between 3-6 and they loved the pool, proximity to the beach, and the little playground! We also loved that every room had its own bathroom. The house is perfectly set up for a family getaway. We will definitely be returning!

This place was amazing. We really enjoyed ourselves. Steve is a great Host he replied and answer in questions we had. Very safe and quiet neighborhood.

beautiful home that felt right. Lots of pool toys for the kids. they had cooler, beach chairs for the beach. Best part was there's no check out to do list. I had an early flight at 5am and nothing having a to do list gave me more sleep time. Absolutely love it.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here! We wanted a low-key but nice home to relax over our spring break trip vacation. The home, backyard, and pool definitely delivered on all of that for us. The home was also conveniently located which gave us drivable access to the many beaches that Miami has to offer. Our hosts were always very responsive when we had questions. All in all we had a great experience here!

House is perfect for a family with kids. Big back yard with games and was completely fenced in. Inside had activities that occupied the kids as well. Was perfect and would recommend to anyone who has kids and needs to stay in the area. We will be back

Victor was beyond helpful! So kind and friendly. He made our first air b &b experience great! The condo was gorgeous, we loved sitting on the balcony with coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. The beds are so incredibly comfortable! Going to the beach? Had everything we needed for that too! 11/10 would recommend!

We had a wonderful time at John’s place. Awesome location just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Our place was extremely clean and very comfortable. The grounds and pool are meticulously maintained and very quiet and relaxing. John was extremely kind and helpful throughout our visit. We will definitely come back and stay at John’s place. A great place to stay. Loved the pool side mini beach. Only true complaint is that the ice machine was slow. Just buy a bag of ice at the start of your trip. I would book again

Our stay here was beautiful and peaceful, great for the 2 kids we brought! the pool was perfect. Upon arriving the spa was not working properly and hosts instantly responded and came over quickly to fix, and it was a flawless rest of the trip! House/neighborhood is peaceful and matches pictures descriptions!! Would recommend for an easy and fun getaway!!

What a place to come back to after a long day of work! The water was always hot and the house was big enough for five guys to have their own space. Would definitely stay at this house again when work takes us back to Miami! Would recommend this place to friends and colleagues.
