3 Bedroom seaview house with resort access

This is a three bedroom fully furnished guest house inclusive of beach and pool access at the nearby resort (access would depend on the number of nights stay) which is about 6 minutes walk from the place (might be longer for the elderly). The rooms all have air-conditioning to ensure a comfortable sleep as well as a well equipped kitchen and outdoor grill for your cooking pleasure. The nearby beach resort access has a swimming pool both for kids and adults, white sand beaches and restaurants.

Balay ni Jethro

Balay Ni Jethro is a spacious and modern 3 bedroom 2 and 1/2 bath home. It is solar powered, has geothermal cooling, two AC units, and back up water storage. This can be a trip saver, as the power grid on the island isn’t reliable. NEWLY WATER PRESSURE ADDED to the house so water pressure won’t be an issue. HIGH PRESSURE. We have all amenities needed for a comfortable stay, a helpful host on demand, and a rental van for trips to the nearby beach resorts with extra fee of 1400 pesos daily.

Casa G Private Beachfront

A serene place with a private beach,Casa G is just 5 minutes away from the island Ferry, you will be staying in a Guesthouse(within a compound) with 2 modern rooms, own T/B, a living room to gather around. Stepping out, there's a patio,gazebo/bar/dining area, a kitchen, outside shower ,T/B, and a barbecue grill. We also have an island where you can sunbathe and enjoy a view of the sea and Davao skyline. Nearby are restaurants ,wet market, grocery. There is staff to assist with your needs.

Mangonga residence Townhouse overlooking is a comfy rest house that sits on top of a hill giving you a beautiful and relaxing view of the Davao Gulf. It is a 2 bedroom house, with living and dining areas. It is provided with utensils and cooking tools to prepare your meals just like home. To complete your vacation trip, there is a mini pool to beat the heat! We also have a mini bar where you can have your refreshing drinks, order snacks and meals! Truly a place worth staying!

3-5 minutes walk from the barge and resorts.

The place is ideal for those visitors who want to explore Samal Island by day and prefers a goodnight rest afterwards. My place is good for couples, solo travellers, Families with(kids) and even group of friends on a budget. My place is just 5 minutes walk to Camp holiday and Club Samal. Vanishing Island and hagimit falls are just few minutes away too. There are sari sari store, convenience store and local food stalls nearby. We now have Fiber Wifi Connection up to 50mbps.

Entspann dich in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft direkt am Strand, von der Autofähre bis zu uns sind es 10 min mit dem PKW , von uns aus sind es nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß haben Sie die Möglichkeit einzukaufen ( Obst, Gemüse, Fleisch , Fisch ) und Warehouse Shopping Center . Neben den Shopping Center ist ein Bus Terminal von Samal nach Davao oder Davao Samal. Wir freuen uns auf Euren Besuch.
