"No Pasa Nada"... 2 Blocks from the beach!

Welcome to "No Pasa Nada"... No Worries! Recently completed in 2021, our little studio is just 2.5 blocks to a public beach access and walking distance to tons of great local eateries. The studio offers a Queen sized bed, kitchenette with a full sized fridge and microwave, washer/dryer, indoor shower with body sprays and an outdoor shower, 58 inch Smart TV in the living area and 2 cruiser bikes. Relax in the hammock chair in the garden area then head next door for a smoothie and yoga session.

Goldie Sands Guest Suite

Goldie Guest Suite is a private getaway right in the middle of all the OBX has to offer! A short walking distance to the ocean (appx 3 minute drive, .4 miles) and other popular sights. Across from a local church, your host is a preacher and family of 4, plus two dogs and a cat. A pet-friendly private suite on the ground level with a private entry, patio, and fenced yard just for you and your furry friend. A quiet neighborhood and polite neighbors. Private, quiet and roomy space is perfectly located off the main roads but still close to the beach. This space was designed and built as a guest suite when the main house was built. Located right on the 7th hole of the Seascape Golf course and barely over a half-mile from the beach. Ride the provided bicycles to the local restaurants. Enjoy a drink on the ground-level deck or at the fire pit patio area. The beach is just a 15 minute stroll. Tranquil and relaxing, you'll be Swept Away!

This 2 bedroom downstairs apartment sleeps up to 6 with parking for 2 vehicles. Enjoy the use of 3 paddle boards & a kayak off of the private dock or head to the nearby beach access with the provided necessities and then come back to enjoy spectacular sunset views from the private deck & hot tub.

Our place is walking distance to the beach and Nags Head Town Park . There are some hiking trails to the Albemarle sound. Dowdy Park and the YMCA are also close. We are located in walking/ biking distance to great local restaurants, ice cream shops, surf shops, coffee shops, grocery stores, antique stores, yoga studios, and much , much more. The walk to Barnes St beach Access is about a 10 - 15 min walk less on bikes . Parking is free at our beach accesses.

Our apartment is located on the first floor of our home, which is one of the only Solar Powered homes in the Outer Banks! Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short bike ride or drive to the sound, we have a perfect location which is close to everything. Our space includes the use of our outdoor shower and beach parking passes. We have a great yard for lounging, sun bathing or playing with dogs. Come and check out our "Cave" by the waves!

Light and spacious ground floor studio attached to a family home in a quiet Southern Shores neighborhood, perfect for your OBX getaway! Easy self check-in with a lock box, separate entrance, separate HVAC system, King bed & a private deck. Eight skylights bring in natural light during the day and let you stargaze in bed at night. Guests are provided with two beach bikes and a parking pass for our neighborhood beach access.

Golf course location near beach

1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with private entrance on golf course. Close to beach, shopping, and restaurants. We are 550 yards from beach so you can walk to beach or use free parking at beach accesses close by. You do have to cross the main highway so with summer traffic it is a little harder but some people still choose to walk. Close to Wright Brothers National Park. During the summer we do require a 3 night minimum.
