This central location atop Navy Hill offers the best beaches, stores & restaurants of Saipan within 5-10 minutes surrounded by serene jungle and an incredible ocean view of Manågaha. Car or Taxi recommended. “The scenery is breath taking! So clean & safe I was able to see the sun set & rise through the sliding doors & the endless sea. It's definitely a 10/10 you won't find a private place like this for the price. I slept at peace. I even booked an extra night just because it was that peaceful.

Though it is located in a secluded area, it is only an 8-minute drive to downtown Garapan. This unit also has a fully functioning kitchen with full size refrigerator, a dining nook and a very modern bathroom. The property also comes with a saltwater infinity pool and a private covered patio for viewing amazing sunsets.

Welcome to your American paradise getaway with spectacular ocean views! Our house is on a peaceful private property on top of Capitol Hill just minutes from Saipan's famous beaches, amazing hiking trails, world-class restaurants, and shopping. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accommodate late check out or early check in because of high demand and the house is usually booked. However, we can arrange to store your luggage. The reservation is for 4 people. It is $20 per day for each additional person.
