Cottage on the Avenue Rome/Berry College

Cottage on the Avenue is conveniently located to everything. 5 mins from Berry College, Tennis Center & Shorter. Beautiful cottage located in one of the historical areas of Rome. Backyard w/ Fire pit & seating for 6. 3 bedrooms w/ queen bed in each, 2 baths (whirlpool in Hall). Cottage backs up to the river and guest may use walkway to downtown area. The house includes xfinity wifi, Hulu, Disney +, Netflix and fire-stick TVs in living room & all bedrooms. W/in walking distance to restaurants.

Huckleberry's "Cottage on the Pond"

Huckleberry's Cottage, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths located in a secluded gated setting overlooking our pond. Our cottage guests enjoy sitting on the porch overlooking the beautiful pond, taking a leisurely 1/2 mile walk around our pond or sit on the dock fishing, or just listening to the fountain sounds like a waterfall. Waterfront 3 bedroom cottage in the woods.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, yet close to town center...only 2 1/2 miles. Have your morning coffee or evening cocktails on our screened in back porch overlooking the pond. Go fishing in the private pond and take out our kayaks. We also have a 4 person inflatable dinghy you may use along with 3 fishing poles and life vests. There are 2 lightweight kayaks for pond use only. We just purchased a 4 man paddle boat. Life jackets are required when on or in the water.

Five Points Cottage. An amazing little place!

Small but lacking nothing. A great little one bedroom, one bath cottage just three miles from Historic Downtown Dayton TN. In a great neighborhood. Out in the country but still close to town. All the amenities of home; stove, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, washer/dryer, sofa bed, large parking area, and a nice yard. Sleeps a family of four very comfortably. Cozy, clean, comfortable, and quiet. We love our tiny home and we are absolutely positive you will too.

Bordered by Clay Creek and adjoining our 100-acre farm you will feel wonderfully secluded on the Little House’s 5 acres. Riverside Cartecay Cottage

Firewood included! Private River Access! This riverside cottage is sure to WOW! We cannot wait for you to fully escape by sitting out on one of the two decks and a private balcony over looking the beautiful Cartecay River, reading a book by the fireplace, having a cozy evening around the fire pit, or grilling out.
