Excellent for hiking, mountain biking, drone clubs, family picnics and wildlife photography, fall foliage, ATV riding, archery. There's an old farmhouse at southeast end of hayfield. Cahaba River access, 1,900 feet of riverbank within estate property line. Estate is located within the Appalachian foothills.
