Our 1948 vacation home is on 4 acres & boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 half baths, Bridal Suite (4th bedroom), 70s TV/Game Room, Tiki Bar, & Children's Playroom. Outside we have a pool (guaranteed to be open 5/26 - 9/5) & hot tub (year round). Located 15min away from Downtown DSM & a mile away from a grocery store/restaurants. Up to 2 dogs allowed for an additional fee. ***Events/photo shoots are allowed with written permission only and will be an added fee. No events larger than 25 total.***

Welcome to our comfortable, newly renovated, private guest suite. This quiet Waukee neighborhood living space includes two bedrooms, one full bath, kitchenette, laundry room, dining space and cozy living room area. Off street parking for one vehicle is available. A private entrance is available from the back deck. Your home away from home features a comfortable king size bed and a full size bed. A smart television is available in the living room and an HDTV is available in one bedroom.

Sunset View Ranch 5-Bedroom House

If you need a quiet and relaxing retreat, Sunset View Ranch is just the place. This 3-acre ranch is just what you need to get away from the struggles of life. Landscaping is pristine with plenty of room to roam, sightsee, and view. Snowmobiles are also welcome in the winter months. Plus, there's a small basketball court and fire pit. Sleeps 10 comfortably in 5 bedrooms and has 3 living rooms with fluffy couches. We also have a fully equipped kitchen, a fire place, and 2 full bathrooms.

The Legacy Stone House

The most unique stay in Winterset! Legacy Stone House AirBnB is a historic residence located one mile east of Winterset, Iowa. Built in 1856 during the Settlement Era of Madison County, it is one of nearly 100 stone houses built during that time in the area. Officially named the William Anzi Nichols House, it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Convenient centralized location if visiting Madison County’s six covered bridges and two minutes from grocery, gas and dining.

Get comfortable and enjoy plenty of extra room. This spacious place offers a fully fenced yard and plenty of parking in the drive way. Main level has a bedroom with Queen bed and a half bath. Upstairs we have a King suite with full bath shower and tub. In addition to that there is 2 more rooms one with Queen bed and the other has a twin full bunk bed. Second full bath with shower tub and laundry. The 5th bed room is in the basement with a twin daybed with trundle.
