Ban công riêng hơn 17m2 rợp cây xanh, từ đây có thể nhìn thấy hoàng hôn những ngày đẹp trời. Phòng sáng, thoáng, rộng, nhiều ổ cắm, bạn có thể làm việc thoải mái hay tập bài thể dục nhẹ nhàng trong phòng. Cửa kính được dùng là hệ nhôm kính Nhật YKK để hạn chế lao xao bên ngoài.
