A very beautiful stay. The caretaker and the host were very caring and made sure they made us feel at home. The property was super clean and hygienic.

I had a wonderful stay in Srinagar! Waseem was an amazing host—he provided everything we needed and made sure we were comfortable throughout. He and his family were incredibly welcoming, which added a lovely personal touch to the experience. The property itself was even better than the pictures—brand new, beautifully maintained, and super spacious. The big rooms and cozy cottage vibe gave it a very homely feel. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Srinagar. Would definitely love to come back!

Staying at Sheerazi Homestay was a truly wonderful experience, in fact the best experience in our entire Kashmir trip. We stayed there for 4 nights (6th - 9th April) with elderly parents. The host were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was good, a little away from main city but very quite and peaceful, overlooking apple orchard, exactly what we wanted. We enjoyed exploring the local area thanks to their helpful recommendations. Shalimar bagh was just 5 mins from here. The best part of the homestay is Asif Bhai, who prepare delicious homemade meals and take care of every little requirement of ours. Sabir bhai manages the homestay really well and you can ask for any help from him. We felt like part of the family, and it was such a contrast to the impersonal atmosphere of hotels. We would highly recommend Sheerazi Homestay to all looking for a stay in Kashmir

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Tahaam’s apartment in Srinagar with my family—my mom, my wife, and our three kids. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and care by Tahaam. He was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, always going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Whether it was assisting with local sightseeing, suggesting hidden gems, or sharing stories, his genuine care made our stay memorable. The apartment was impeccably clean, with hotel-like attention to detail. It felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was spacious and spotless, making it easy for us to prepare meals when we wanted. One of the highlights of our stay was the huge, beautiful garden. The kids absolutely loved playing there, and we all enjoyed picking fresh figs and plums. The garden was full of amazing flowers, adding to the serene atmosphere. Our stays in the Nehal's Airbnb were wonderful , peaceful and comfortable. We felt like at home away home. there was not a single issue . Food prepared by host was wonderful and delicious. Although we felt the cost of food in whole Srinagar is on higher side as compare to other tourist places . As we have seen in different Airbnb accomodation, we missed wall mounted soap dispensers in bathrooms. Thanks for your wonderful services.

Very Specious flat with amazingly helpful family of the host who stays in the same Bunglow at the ground floor. They are very helpful, jolly and helps you feel like home even in the unknown city. I would Highly recommend their stay for families travelling to Srinagar. Its very close to Dal Lake and Market area as well.

Staying here was such a heartwarming experience. Rahil’s family is incredibly sweet and welcoming. They never made us feel like paying guests, but rather like part of the family. From the moment we arrived, their kindness and hospitality stood out. It’s rare to find such genuine people who go out of their way to make you feel at home. Thank you for everything, we truly felt cared for and appreciated every moment of our stay.

I had a long stay at hadiya's place for around 9 days and have experienced a very comfortable stay. The house is a giant 2bhk giving kashmiri vibes and feels like a home away from home. I lived here with just my mom, we were two female travellers staying there with absolutely no fear. Neighbours are good and it's a gated society. The house is as described in pictures, with accessibility to grocery and restaurants near by. All touristy places like gulmarg, sonamarg, tulip garden, doodhpathri and pahalgam were at a 1 hr drive from home and I did not have to hop on to different stays with luggage. There was absolutely everything required to make you comfortable.. be it heaters/heating blankets/kettles/cylinder based heater, gysers and if these doesn't make u comfortable then there are hot water bags to the rescue. I am sure I'll be revisiting hadiya's place who might soon be a super host with the effort she puts in. Just don't hesitate to book if this bnb is available for your dates.

It was a brilliant experience living in this place. Felt too close to home, we had all the amenities mentioned by the Host. The host was the most hospitable and tended to our needs with warmth and care, he guided us through all the problems that we had. The location is also amazing, everything around is walkable. Would surely stay in this place everytime I come to Srinagar.

we had the honour and privilege of being one of the first few guests at Maskan Residence. it is a brand new purpose built residence. Sabiya and her son Arthar are absolutely wonderful hosts. They welcomed us with warmth and made sure our bags were carried up to our flat. They served us cups of heartening Kahwa tea and kulcha biscuits on arrival. They woke up early to see us off and when our driver was late, they served us tea and choet. we highly recommend Maskan Residence.

Prof. Manan was an excellent host and went out of his way to help us. We stayed with my parents for 4 days on the property. The ammonites were as mentioned on the website. A caretaker, Mr. Firdous, was always available over a call. It was a home away from home. We could interact with Manan's mother and son, a toddler who treats us as a family. He was there to see us off at 4.00 am when we vacated and was leaving for the airport. We would love to come back and stay at this property again.

The property is neat and clean. Newly furnished. Great place to stay.
