The tiny house is on an elevated platform and that's why it is called `The Island'. From your bed you'll have the best views of the Transylvanian hills. Inside the tiny you will see that it has a lot to offer! A fully equipped kitchen to make your own meals, a comfortable bathroom with walk-in shower and a cozy bed with a stunning view. The spacious 68 sqm first floor apartment is situated in the historical building of the City Hall (including the tourist information center) between the Main Square & Small Square. Apartamentul este situat într-o zonă foarte liniștită, dar și accesibilă, fiind exact la marginea orașului Sibiu. Apartamentul este parte din proprietarea noastră dar cu intrare si curte complet separată. Până în centrul orașului se fac 10 minute. La 5 minute se află Prima Shopping Centre, Kaufland, Jumbo, etc. Atât munții cât și priveliștea orașului aduc o atmosferă calmă și relaxantă locuinței. Apartamentul este potrivit pentru familii/grupuri de maxim 6 persoane.

Our apartment is just steps from Piata Mare (Grand Square) in Sibiu. Located in a 200-year-old historic building, it features a cozy bedroom, living area with smart TV (Netflix), fast Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, stove, and washing machine. Central heating keeps things warm in winter, and A/C is available during summer. A small private terrace adds extra charm—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city.

Linistea Muntilor Chalet - Two-Bedroom Chalet

This is our first chalet, built in 2021. It has a Swedish inspired architecture, with modern finishing and very bright interiors. The front terrace has an astounding overview of the entire Fagaras Moutains ridge and just in front of the terrace, 5m away, there is the lake. Inside there are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Outside the bedrooms there is a open-space kitchen and dining area with view towards the moat and the lake.
