Không gian chung của toàn nhà chỉ là 1 cầu thang đi bộ.không có phòng khách chung. Không có không gian bếp chung vì trong phòng đã có bếp nhỏ.Mỗi phòng ngủ đều có ban công tạo thoáng mát, tận hưởng gió biển về mùa hè.
