This was my second stay at the host’s place and definitely not the last! Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as expected. Highly recommend – a great experience once again!

Dora was a fantastic host and the location can’t be beat! We brought our dogs with us and the home was well set up to host us and our dogs for a long weekend. There’s a great restaurant called Theta that’s super close by and all the amenities of Larnaca are just around the corner. The beach was beautiful and super walkable, just be mindful it’s a rocky beach to the sand so it could be hard for some folks to navigate. The house was well set up for families with a nice baby gate at the stairs and a great water filter dispenser for cold/hot water. We loved our stay and we’ll definitely be back!

Just a really nice place with beautiful views over the marina and the sea. All furnishings and equipment were great, basic utensils and cooking stuff was all provided and so on. Just great to come in and have no need to buy or find things you might need. Communication with the host was flawless as well.

Mario's place is so beautiful. The location alone is stunning. The house has everything you need and is so clean. My dog loved it as well , as the yard is so big and gated so I didn't have to worry of him getting out. Mario's is very friendly and responsive as well, I asked if we could check in earlier and he was so accommodating. I will definitely be back.

Theodoros place is very beautiful with a great homely energy. The place is seconds from the beach and a starry sky at night. If you are looking for peace and serenity this is it, do not hesitate! The cat is very sweet also. Theodoros was responsive when I called/ messaged, easy going and friendly. I loved my stay here so much and would definitely recommend to friends family and come back when I can. You do need a car to get around fyi!

Par rapport au prix payé nous aurions dû bénéficier de suffisamment d'eau chaude. A 10 personnes en ce début de saison il a été difficile de se doucher à l'eau chaude. Certaines chose pour une villa de luxe sont à revoir, comme une chaise longue cassée, pas de possibilité de suspendre les serviettes de bain, prévoir un changement de l'eau du Jacuzzi en milieu de séjour, surtout à 10 personnes quand l'eau de la piscine est froide. Petits détails à régler, autrement TOP

Stavroula was both proactive and responsive. She reached out to offer service and information, and open to help when asked. Our trip was interrupted by the Heathrow shutdown and Stavroula was able to help accommodate our changed schedule. She offered good ideas and ensured our arrival went smoothly.

Marilena was very responsive and helpful. I had difficulty trying to find where the lock box is for the key. I recommend adding GPS coordinates or what3words. I knew where the villa was roughly but if I didn't I'd have really struggled. "drive for one minute then 3rd villa on the left" was the direction without being given a villa number. Once you're there all is good, fantastic location and you can rely on Marilena if you have any queries. I'd definitely book again.

Andreas' Villa is a very nice House. It looks exactly, like in the pictures, everything as advertised. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again <3. Liked the occasional cat visits ;-). We even got an inbetween cleaning for free (we stayed 10 days) which we really appreciated, never had that in an air bnb. We recommend a car to get around the island, many nice things in short driving distance. A pre-saisonal visit is recommended too, not too many people everywhere. And last, but certainly not least: Andreas is a top host! Always very fast in answering, very welcoming host, even got a lasagna form for me,as I asked, if there is one and it wasn't. Overall: We recommend this place to everyone

My husband and I have been holidaying in Pissouri for 3 decades and Olga’s villa is the best we have stayed in. It has everything: a fantastic view, the cleanest private pool we’ve come across, an immaculately clean villa all through, well stocked with all the amenities you need, a thoughtful welcome pack, close proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants, but most of all, one of the nicest hosts ever. Thank you Olga, we hope to see you again next year.

We came as a family of four (kids 7 and 10 y old). The House was very spacious and clean with a modern interior design. The pool was in very good shape and had just the perfect size. The owners were very friendly and always helpful and we even did spend some time together. There are grocery stores around the corner and some beaches/bays can be easily reached by foot. All in all we all had a great time in Protaras and we will definitely will come back one day.

We recently stayed at this wonderful villa in Cyprus and had an absolutely perfect holiday with our 8 month old son. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and friendliness by the owners, who were incredibly helpful throughout our stay and even before we had arrived. The villa itself was beautifully set up, especially great for families with children as everything we needed for our son was there for our use, Maria had thought of everything! The location was ideal, just a short walk from stunning beaches and convenient shops, as well as lovely restaurants. We enjoyed daily beach outings and easy access to local amenities, making our stay both relaxing and hassle-free. Overall, this villa provided us with everything we needed for a memorable and enjoyable family holiday. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway in Cyprus! The cottage and the surroundings are exactly as depicted. It is spacious, clean, picturesque, and well-equipped. The host provided clear instructions on how to access the property and everything else we needed to know. It is ideal for a quiet getaway. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family. You absolutely need a car to get around. Prepare for an early morning wake-up call from the birds—they are particularly active between 5–8 AM. The location is perfect for an island exploration base. We stayed for one week and explored the entire (Greek side) island. We covered about 1,500 km, but the longest drive in any direction was only 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Wir waren diesen Frühling zum zweiten Mal in dieser makellosen Unterkunft! Es ist das schönste Haus in der Umgebung und ich finde, es hat die beste Lage. Ich schätze die tollen Fenster und Insektenschutzgitter und die Nähe zum Meer. Hier finde ich Privatsphäre und Ruhe und kann mit der ganzen Familie ausspannen. Gerne wieder!

A lovely place to explore Cyprus! It’s essential to have a car though, especially during off-season when all the restaurants in the neighborhood are closed. The next supermarket is a 15-min drive es well. The house is like it looked on the pictures and perfect for a family holiday, as it has 3 double rooms and a room with 2 single beds. We stayed there with our parents and loved it! The ocean is very close (just 2 min by foot) which is very nice. Maria was very responsive and a welcoming host, always helping out when we had trouble getting the water hot for example and couldn’t manage the heater. All in all, I would definitely book it again.

What a beautiful location and home for a stay in Cyprus. Stavros was amazing with his communication, personal touches and incredible hospitality. Vi hade en helt magiskt vistelse i detta fantastiska boende. Lugnt och fridfullt, med havet precis bredvid. Huset är mycket smakfullt inrett, rent och fräscht och allt som kan tänkas behövas fanns. Tack vare värdarnas tips på restauranger och platser att besöka gjorde vi mycket trevliga utflykter runt trakterna. Väldigt sympatiskt värdpar som fick oss att känna oss välkomna. Vi åker gärna tillbaka!

Lilia was an excellent host with fantastic communication from the moment we booked—quick to respond and very accommodating. The villa was large, clean, and perfect for our three families. There was plenty of space to relax privately or enjoy time together, and it never felt overcrowded. Our four kids (aged 6–10) had a great time from start to finish. The location is ideal—just a 10-minute walk to a lovely beach with a bar and shop. That said, the pool area at the villa was so nice we only went to the beach once (because, let’s face it, kids need a splash in the sea on holiday!). On arrival, Lilia’s mum welcomed us, showed us around, explained everything, and gave helpful local tips. She was also there when we checked out and honestly deserves five stars herself—so kind and friendly. This was our first villa holiday, and if others are anything like this, we’re hooked. Airbnb only lets you give five stars, but we’d give more if we could!

We had a fantastic stay! The place is located in a quiet area, yet still within walking distance to the sea, which was perfect for us. There was plenty of space, and the rooms were very convenient and comfortable. The apartment had all the amenities we needed, making everything super easy and enjoyable. The host was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!
