Breathtaking views of sea and skies on Rustico Bay, overlooking Robinson's Island and a quiet part of the protected Brackley dune system. Enjoy our two kayaks for a sunrise and sunset journey. Private steps down to shore. Beach house has three bedrooms and an upstairs loft. See if you can count the number of boats in the decor! New for summer 2026! We are putting in a hot tub as requested by previous guests! Welcome to Chapman House, our special home in Cymbria, Prince Edward Island. We are located in a cottage subdivision on the North Shore, between Brackley Beach and Rustico, a five minute walk to the Rustico Resort Golf Course. This is a new home, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is two stories, with a master bedroom on each floor with it's own ensuite and walk in closet. Send us a message :)

Brackley Beach Tiny Home

Located on a large 1.2 acre waterfront lot, The 380 sq ft tiny home consists of one bedroom and stairs to a loft, both with queen size beds, there is a second loft for storage or play area for children. The tiny home is ideal for four adults or two adults and two children. Our tiny home is rated for -40 degrees Celsius and we have a Standby Generac Generator that turns on automatically, so you will never be out of heat or WIFI; and there is snow removal

KS Waterfront Cottage

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. If looking for a place to relax this might be the one. From the bedroom, living room, kitchen or in patio you can have a good view of the bay (sea water) and a spectacular sunset. The cottage can accommodate 4 guest, 1 bedroom queen bed and a comfortable pull out sofa bed in the living room. Lots of tourist attraction close by and resort golf and tennis club just around the corner.

The Robin cottage is set back from the road with 3 other cottages. Fully equipped with all the extras! Our cottages are conveniently located in the populair north shore area. 20 min away from Charlottetown and Cavendish, and only 5 min away from Brackley Beach. Each tip of the island is easily reached within an 1.5 hours. This is the perfect place to gather your family for a get-a-way and to explore the island!
