As soon as you enter the property it boasts, beautiful private bush sanctuary, overlooking the ocean and Kangaroo Island, you feel how stunning and uniquie this place really is. You will just want to sit back, relax and soak up this delightful European style home with verandas overlooking the Sea and Sunsets. Hardly a day goes by that you don’t see the dolphins play in the ocean. The courtyard as you enter the house traps the mourning sun to sit outside and have a beverage or two.

This well-appointed home offers guests genuine beach frontage. An easy drive from Adelaide, you will find yourself a leisurely beach walk from the eateries and quaint retail shopping of Normanville, while nestled close to the famous wineries of McLaren Vale. A short commute will have you at Victor Harbour, famous for its coastline and whale watching. Golf is 5 minutes away from the links layout of Lady Bay.
