Welcome to Church's Island Carriage House, located on the Currituck Sound directly across from the Corolla Lighthouse. Watch the the sun rise over a panoramic view of the Currituck Sound from your private balcony as you enjoy your morning coffee. It's the perfect set up for a single or couple with separate bedroom, bath, living area and kitchenette. The apartment is up one fight of stairs. Private and located in the quaint community of Waterlily just 30 minutes from OBX and the Virginia line.

Shops, restaurants, the beach and sound are within walking and biking distance (beach is ~ 440 yards away) Park your car and enjoy the relaxed walk/bike Duck experience.

Summerset Place

Summerset Place - Southern Shores is located in the beautiful Maritime forest. We made our guest suite into a relaxing getaway with the use of the entire deck area with a shaded gazebo to relax under while listening to the birds. You will enjoy a cozy 4 room suite that is locked off from the main house, all the comforts of home. There will also be 2 bikes & 2 beach chairs for your use. The beach is slightly over 1 mile away. We live in the main house with our recuse dogs, Shep and Chloe

Outer Banks OBX studio apartment above detached garage with private entrance and off street parking. Located within a mile to a life guarded beach with parking passes available, many walking trails, bike paths, located close to two shopping centers and restaurants. Unique 1200 sq feet of open room with king size bed, couches and tables, kitchen sink, refrigerator and microwave. Very private but you will be located next to our family home. We are happy to give travel tips if needed.

My well equipped one room bungalow sits right on the beach overlooking the confluence of the North River and the Albermarle Sound. North Duck Bungalow - Short Walk to the Beach!

North Duck Bungalow is located in the gorgeous town of Duck - a 3-minute walk to the beach and a 3-minute drive to Downtown Duck! This bungalow offers a comfortable living room with a smart TV, a fully stocked kitchen, and 1 bedroom with a King.
