All with No neighbours to look at, because you get the whole floor of the apartment builing! This is the most unique apartment, the only one in the Gava Mar area, which ocupies a whole floor of a building overlooking the Mediterranean sea. You will follow the sunrises from the East terrace, enjoy unforgetable moments in the sun on the South balcony and inhale the breath taking sunsets while eating dinner on the West terrace. There is a bus stop (L95) for a direct Bus to Barcelona city center, about a 3 min walk from the apartment. Please note that the table on the South balcony opens to accomodate 6 people. Gava Mar is an exclusive area just outside of the city of Barcelona. It is a very green area, in the middle of a pine forest and full of palm trees, next to the Delta de Llobreagat natural park, providing a quiet beach environment. Yet close to the city center. Not only is this apartment ideal for beach lovers, but it also offers a relaxed setting for remote workers seeking an escape from city life. Imagine working in the morning and walking close to the sea in the evening! It promises a comfortable living space designed to meet your needs. With thoughtfully arranged interiors and boho furniture, you'll feel right at home from the moment you step inside. It is a fully equipped cozy apartment close to the beach which provides a great base for exploring the area. The flat is super luminous as it has two big windows from ceiling to floor from where you can have views to a square and the church. It can be open in a format of loft or closed to have a separate bedroom/living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle. Only remark is that there are no curtains so if you need complete dark I would advise to bring a sleep mask. You will have the whole apartment for yourself with access to everything (Kitchen, Bathroom, living room). There is a tourist tax of 1.75 euro per person per night on the first 7 nights! (On the +18 yo) The apartment is located in the center of the village next to the main square so when there are local festivities there may be concerts in the square making it noisy in the apartment. The TV is a smart TV connected to internet, allowing use of apps but not having access to local TV channels.

Soaring above are exposed beams, below lie pale wooden floors, while in-between is beautiful exposed brickwork. The loft is located in a residential neighborhood near Sofia Avenue. The beach, city center, and train station are all roughly equidistant, and all easily reached on foot. Several supermarkets, plus restaurants, bars, and shops are closer still.
