Only 11 miles to Broadway, and 10-15 minutes to the Opry and East Nashville! Get away from the city buzz in our quiet neighborhood without compromising proximity to downtown. This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, KING bed, and a patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

This private residence has it all! Separate entrance with private kitchen/living room, bedroom & full bathroom. Old Hickory Lake is less than a minute from this location which has a free public boat launch and park that is a perfect place for picnics and to enjoy water sports, wildlife and nature. Downtown Nashville is less than 25 minutes away so you can enjoy the scenic lakeside activities during the day & then head downtown and enjoy all the sights and sounds that music city has to offer!

All rooms have a view of the lake and the deck overlook Dale Hollow. We are a mile from Wolf River Boat Dock. The suite is downstairs with a private entrance. There are walking paths that encompasses 3 acres on the property. The private deck has a fire pit for chilly mornings to enjoy coffee or relaxing evening. You'll love your stay at our 10 acre working farm that backs up to the Stones River National Battlefield. A comfortable stay in a private suite attached to our home. Relax on the deck and enjoy the view of the gardens and farm animals! While we are a working farm, our location is amazingly convenient to all that Murfreesboro has to offer. 1 mile from Stones River Battlefield, Embassy Suites Convention Ctr, Avenue outdoor shopping mall, many restaurants and Interstate 24!

The Nashville Nifty-now with kitchenette!

The Nifty is completely remodeled and has not been used for anything other than an Airbnb. Its style is cozy, comfortable and relaxed, light and airy. The room is suitable for up to 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child-there is one queen bed. There is plenty of off street parking in my wide driveway. Please note: I have a Metro Nashville Short Term Rental permit. The Nifty is attached to my house but completely separate. This is a non-smoking suite, also no pets.

The Guest Suite at Highpoint Farm

Welcome to the guest suite at High Point Farm. A lovely suite with bathroom attached to our 160 year old Farmhouse. Our beautiful 5 acre farm is only 15-20 min from downtown and a 1/4 mile from a scenic park with hiking trails. The cottage has 2 lovely courtyard gardens with benches and tables that are wonderful in the mornings and evenings to relax in. Our suite has beautiful views and has its own outside entrance. LGBTQIA friendly.

Valley View Cottage, 22 miles from Nashville

Take it easy at this unique & tranquil getaway log cabin with central air/heat & keyless entrance. The living room has a 55 in smart TV w/Roku, small fridge, microwave & keurig. It's a great place to work remote. The Queen bedroom has a Smart TV & a desk. You have a covered parking space & access to the main home front porch with a small table & 2 chairs, porch swing & rockers. No pets at all & no smoking please. We have allergies
