Enjoy a comfortable and convenient stay in one of Nashville's most popular east side neighborhoods, Lockeland Springs. Located in the heart of East Nashville, our spacious basement apartment is a true owner occupied space. Built in 1905, we have lived in this house for the past 20 years. We are a few blocks away from great spots like Lipstick Lounge, Lockeland Table, 5 Points and Urban Cowboy. Located 2 miles from Broadway, you'll be a 10-15 minute ride away from all the major attractions!

Historic home located in the heart of Downtown Franklin. You will have half of this century old southern charmer all to yourself. The home is divided into two units with no shared spaces. You will have your own bedroom, bathroom, parlor, and office space with a double bed...and private use of the Front Porch. The home is walking distance to Main Street with dozens of dining options, and is right in the middle of several Civil War sites. Franklin is about 30 mins from downtown Nashville.

All rooms have a view of the lake and the deck overlook Dale Hollow. We are a mile from Wolf River Boat Dock. The suite is downstairs with a private entrance. There are walking paths that encompasses 3 acres on the property. The private deck has a fire pit for chilly mornings to enjoy coffee or relaxing evening. Welcome to the guest suite at High Point Farm. A lovely suite with bathroom attached to our 160 year old Farmhouse. Our beautiful 5 acre farm is only 15-20 min from downtown and a 1/4 mile from a scenic park with hiking trails. The cottage has 2 lovely courtyard gardens with benches and tables that are wonderful in the mornings and evenings to relax in. Our suite has beautiful views and has its own outside entrance. Take it easy at this unique & tranquil getaway log cabin with central air/heat & keyless entrance. The living room has a 55 in smart TV w/Roku, small fridge, microwave & keurig. It's a great place to work remote. The Queen bedroom has a Smart TV & a desk. You have a covered parking space & access to the main home front porch with a small table & 2 chairs, porch swing & rockers. No pets at all & no smoking please. We have allergies
