We had an amazing stay! The studio was fantastic, especially that chair and light, which made it perfect for reading. Kale was incredibly friendly and provided excellent recommendations for places to explore. The convenience of everything was also a huge plus. If the weather hadn’t been so cold this past weekend, we could have easily walked to all the attractions. I’m already planning to return to enjoy the studio and the surrounding area when the weather improves. The rooftop is so charming and cozy. Thank you once again for a wonderful stay!

I've stayed at this place three times now, and I can honestly say it's hands-down the coolest spot around. Modern, stylish, and super comfortable—everything about it just works. Every time I come back, it feels like a perfect little escape. Jon and Judy are absolute rockstars. They're the kind of hosts that just get it—friendly, thoughtful, and always make sure everything is top-notch. You can tell they care about every detail, and it shows. Place was very clean, updated, well stocked with EVERYTHING (coffee, ice, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, extra pillows and blankets, toilet paper). AC worked great. Within walking distance to a coffee shop and only a 7 min Lyft ($15) to Broadway! Perfect for our girls weekend.

The unit is located in a secure building which is within walking distance of basically everything. The airport is just a short drive away as well. The unit had everything we needed for our stay, and Zach is a very responsive host who has a great place that we would love to stay at again. Thanks!

we booked this unit midway through our vacation to get away from a different ABNB that didn't live up to expectations. Not only did Lindsey's unit surpass all our expectations, but she was very helpful in trying to accommodate us, understanding we were booking reactively. she was able to get us a parking spot hours before our check in time, and even got us in to our unit 2 hours earlier than advertised. the unit was spotless, and felt professionally cleaned like you would expect from a 4+ star hotel. we were able to book at a very very attractive rate, a rate lower than any hotel equivalent. only ten minute walk to Broadway, we were able to stroller our kids to and from without needing to Uber. I would stay here again, and my only regret is that I didn't select this unit for my entire stay. they have coffee, and laundry supplies included in the unit. this unit is perfect for two pairs of adults, but could very easily support 2 full families. Penthouse suite vibes BOOK IT!

This was a lovely home with everything we needed for our stay, plus a few extras that made it special. Karla was very helpful and attentive ahead of time.

Carolyn was quick and responsive with my questions from when I first started looking to book to check out. The house is large, plenty of room. It is on a busy street but was still able to walk the neighborhood and felt safe sitting outside on the porch. The house had all the amenities needed and didn't need to bring much from home or purchase. We really had a nice time with plenty of room for the 4 of us. Only things I would change are to add a few mirrors in the bedrooms to help with getting ready and out on time.

No complaints, the unit was great for us! Enough space for my husband, our 2 small dogs and myself. We loved how everything smelled SUPER clean as we walked in. I think we haven’t stayed in an airbnb as clean as this in a while. Location is a little secluded, but not too far from main attractions. Communication was great too. Only detail I could mention was the bed frame made noise whenever you moved around too much. Still, this didn’t affect our sleep at all.

We love this place. This is our second time staying here and we will be back in the fall. It’s very peaceful.

To say that the cottages were amazing is just not enough. The surroundings, the stay, the furnishings were simply perfect for my families stay for my daughters wedding weekend. We were all able to be close as the cottages are just a hundred yards or so from the main house. This enabled us to enjoy so much together. I would highly recommend staying at both places if you have a large family and want a great get a way. I cannot say enough about the host and their generosity. They made the weekend magical.

We enjoyed our stay at Fern’s place. Very clean & suitable for 2 people. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. We would stay there again.

Stayed here with my son for a baseball tournament. Very clean place, easy to check in and out, great coffee place and restaurants nearby, and the pool/ping pong table was a lot of fun for us in our down time. Great place as a base for exploring the National Park and surrounding area. 10 mins walk into town with lots of restaurants and bars. Apartment was peaceful and comfortable and loved sitting on the balcony looking out over the town and the surrounding hills. Plenty of parking. Would highly recommend staying here

This location is walkable to shops and restaurants and in a nice neighborhood, and rideshare to downtown Nashville is really easy. There were ants in the living room, but the co-host came to take care of them right away after we checked in late which was amazing. In the shared bathroom the shower floor was very creaky and seemed unstable, and the shower and bathroom sink were backing up a bit. the other bathroom was fine. There was a lot of traffic noise if you slept in the living room but it was fairly quiet in the bedrooms. The unit is on the 3rd floor and there isn't an elevator which isn't clear in the post. The unit is really nice and spacious and had all the amenities we needed for our group of 6. I would definitely recommend staying here!

I was in Cookeville for work and the place was very close to the office. I like places that have a full kitchen so I can cook. This place was great for that. Very quiet neighbors. I would definitely recommend Marshall’s apartment.

Clean and cozy. Enough room for my family of six. Not far from Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Very lovely and spacious home with two king sized, comfortable beds. They provided a lot of towels and appliances including washer and dryer. The home is located up on a hill, so it's not very walkable to downtown Gatlinburg. However, it is located very close to the entrance of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park so it is still very convenient to stay here and drive to the Smoky Mountains. You can also still drive down in a couple of minutes to nearby parking lots and pay $10 for parking and explore downtown. We would highly recommend this place for families.

This was a wonderful stay. Clear, friendly, upfront communication. The unit was clean, comfortable. close enough to walk to the main strip. would definitely stay here again.
